Growing up Jack In The Box was notorious for its commercials catering to the late night crowd, the crowd that stayed up all night enjoying their best life's just to end it with a nice jack taco and a mouth watering Oreo shake. I am sad to say those days are no longer here. Came to Jack tonight to get what I've been getting my whole life, and to mention it's only 11pm... the whole staff is sitting inside having a delicious meal while ignoring the continuous cars pulling thru the driveway. I am disgusted, Jack would be ashamed if he knew y'all were closing early like a bunch of pu**i*s

I got off work and decided to stop by this jack and the box due to location being close to me. I pull into the drive thru where there was already a car. As I sat behind the car I realized that the car was actually parked in the drive thru with no one in it. There were about 3 or 4 employees all sitting in the lobby area eating. I walked to the door to see what was going on and all the employees run to the back of the store where I could not see them. During this time other potential customers have pulled in and were trying to figure out what was going on as well. One employee would come and check to see if we were still at the door and then run back to the back. Also one of the employees had a can of beer on the table in a brown paper bag. I can only assume the night shift is not making money for this location at all and that it was one of the employees car parked in the drive thru to prevent people placing orders. I will be following this review up with a call to the corporate office because that was just ridiculous and should not be tolerated.

I’ve been to this Jack in the Box a couple of times due to its close proximity to my work. While conveniently located, the quality of both the food and service is simply subpar.The food is stale and cold and the workers are not well-mannered or remotely try to be warm and inviting. I get the stress of working the drive thru and wanting to keep the time per car short (I’ve worked drive thru) but you can still smile and greet your customers instead of just opening the door and announcing the price without making any eye contact.
