Jambos BBQ is a hidden gem and a Texas must-stop for amazing, delicious food. The large portions are full of authentic Texas flavor. The chopped sandwiches are huge and so good. The brisket is tender, smoky, and has a great bark, while the burnt ends and chopped brisket are seasoned very well. The jalapeño sausage is on point. Sides are also a highlight, with the mac and cheese described as yummy comfort food and the cowboy corn likened to a creamy non-spicy elote. The legendary jalapeño poppers are truly exceptional and highly recommended, as are the bacon-wrapped jalapeños. For dessert, the banana pudding is good. The staff is super friendly, very nice, fun to talk to, and welcoming, providing great service. The atmosphere is super clean. Customers report they will definitely be coming back again and again.
