I called in an order for a Sadie, 1lb Brisket and Rack of ribs. Went to get it came home never checked it cause I’ve been several times never had an issue until today. When i get to check my order we missing a rack of ribs no issues i called back thinking it was gone go smooth sike! I got on the phone stating my issue she place me on a hold for at least 5-10 min. So manager comes on the phone saying it was in my bag asking me what kind of bag/ box i have all this irrelevant stuff basically calling me a liar in so many words. I’m continuing to explain i got no ribs, i bring everything up there showing them it’s not in there yet they still basically calling me a liar. The Worst Experience I’ve ever had with Jambos i will never be back i spend too much money with them. $75 order.

Honestly I'm not a big BBQ person but Jambos has been a personal favorite for as long as I can remember. Amazing employees, (especially Gabby, she was very patient and professional) friendly atmosphere, and truly worth my money every time. They have a very delicious menu, so many great options. Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

Really good BBQ. Always recommend the brisket and coleslaw. Their sides are pretty good. I've tried the mac and cheese and the beans. They also have three choices of BBQ sauce, from the original, sweet and spicy. Place gives off vibes of old New York. They are next to a train rail and parking could be a little tough when they're busy.

I just ordered 20 stuffed jalapeños wrapped on bacon. I've been waiting awhile to order these again since it has been awhile since I got to eat them. I just ate the first 5 to much disappointment. The size of pepper and bacon were good, BUT the cream cheese and meat filling was about 90% cream cheese. After the first 3 I literally was thinking that yall might have changed the recipe and just filled them with cream cheese now. But no, I saw a little in the 4th one I eat. I spent almost 60 on just the peppers. Very sad bc my wife does not like their bbq. It's average, bit I lived the peppers. So I was literally ordering us some bbq for my wife and i from someplace down the streeet, and made a special trip just to get my stuffed peppers. When ,if I come back, I'll order 2 try them then see if there's enough meat in there to be worth It.

And I Hate leaving g bad reviews for Anyone. So please add more meat. Thanks!

This place was one of my favorites. Seems like there has been some changes to the food. Cowboy corn tastes different but edible. The meat was super dry today. Whatever recipe or cooking method that was used previously for the sausage please go back because I used to make a drive for the sausage alone but t was disappointed as it was super dry.
Baked potato was a bit undercooked.
