I ordered a bowl of chicken pot pie soup online ($7.67) but the order did not go through so I went to the store and purchased it for $10.57 on my lunch break. When I got back to work I look at my email and to my surprise my online order had been placed. I called the store and explained what happened , asked if I could just pick up an order when I got off later that evening after 5:30PM. I was told to bring my receipt and proof of the online order and come back and they would prepare my order since I did not ask for a refund. I went back and they gave me some OLD reheated something, the only thing fresh was the pastry. I always have issues at this location so going forward I won’t be back. This is unacceptable. Pictures enclosed. The first picture is soup from my lunch break and the second picture is from this evening (it smells scorched.) These are my receipts as well. I knew something was funny because the lady on the to go side still had the bag and asked if I was the lady. The lady who took my order was watching me as I was trying to watch her bag the supposed new order.

I stopped in for lunch with my daughter and no one was at the front counter. We stood there for a few minutes and finally some employees went to call someone from the back. We continued to wait a few more minutes then this lady came from the back. She let out a loud sigh and walked to her register. We were not greeted nor did she apologize about the wait. My daughter asked if they had a meal that came with half a sandwich and a salad bar. She rudely pointed to the corner of the menu. We proceeded to order and the whole time she had this attitude to her like we were inconveniencing her. We paid and she just handed me the receipt and didn’t say thank you or anything. I asked another employee if she was the manager and he said yes however he apologized for her behavior. This is not called for and I will not return to this location ever again. My home location is Grand Prairie so we will just stick to that location. Thank you for your time and reading this complaint. Hopefully someone can talk to her about what customer service means and how to treat people.

I went there for breakfast in the morning. I had someone with me so there were two of us. When we walked in there was no one in line and there was only one person in the place at a table eating and she looked like she worked there as well. The man at the counter where we stood to wait for our order. He did greet us. Hello, morning. However, he went about his chores and said give him a moment. Looks like he was packing boxes for lunches to take out to other places. Perhaps businesses or schools? I'm not sure. That he may have been a manager. So we stood there, and we stood there and we stood there waiting. Give our order to the man that said give with me a few minutes. It took him almost 10 minutes to wait on us. Although there was no one else in the place. It seems whatever he was doing took priority over his customers. That was standing before him. Finally, when he did take out order. It took about another 10 minutes to get our order. And when we got the order the order was wrong. They didn't make my sandwich the way I asked them to. I asked him to toast the bread. They did it. I asked for some type of sauce. I forgot what it was pesto. That's what it was and he gave me such little pestole. My sandwich was dry. Some mayonnaise both sides of the bread but he did it. The person whom I was with said he did not enjoy yourself what you did. It taste very well. So we stayed there and we ate for a little while. It's all the little busy bees in the restaurant that worked there continue to pack boxes and they had like three tables up front full of lunch boxes that they had packed to go out somewhere or offer someone to pick up. I don't know. But it just seems like they were just consumed with getting those boxes filled. And I understand those customers that artist so many box launches or breakfast is whatever they were spend a lot of money there. But the customers that stand before you should also have priority. When someone comes in. It only takes less than a minute. To take an order from a customer that standing in front of you. So I wasn't very pleased with this place. Although I didn't send the food back. Because I don't believe in sending food back. Because it makes the staff angry sometimes and I don't play with my food. And as we left we passed by the tables that were full of box lunch or breakfasts. Has another man. Perhaps some manager as well was standing there putting things on the table, we passed right by him. He never said a word to us. Didn't say. Have a good day. Thank you for coming. Nothing like that. He just went on about his business all day. We passed right by him. Almost brushed him. But we didn't without a a raise up ahead. A smile or nod nothing. No good customer service at all. It is safe to say I won't be going back to that. Jason's deli

I'm a Door Dash Driver I went in to pick up an order the lady who was working in the take out area on 8/17/25 at lunch time was very rude... The customer added chili to his order she basically snatched my phone out of my hand and tried to call dash support not to send anyone for the chilli... I was very upset with this she complained something was wrong with my phone when she couldn't get it to work by hitting the phone icon in the corner...

Very frustrating to have ordered a catering order the day before and set a pick up time of 11:45am today, only to arrive and have to wait an extra 35-40 minutes for the order to be completed. My company caters lunches to medical offices so being on time or even ahead of schedule is very important and to have that timed schedule thrown off is very frustrating. They were busy and seemed understaffed so I understand that, but it just didn’t feel like it was prioritized and threw my schedule way off. I would still eat here personally but probably wouldn’t trust them to have catering orders completed in a timely manner if you have a schedule to follow.

Lots of variety for meal options. Sandwiches, soups, salads, pastas, baked potatoes, etc. Great alternative to burgers and fries.

The food here is great, but I got absolutely tired of finding things in my food and how gross the seats were.
I used to come frequently and noticed there would be flies were around the salad bar, bugs (either dead or alive) on the floor, and my friend even found a worm-like bug crawling on his waffle chips, and another time, I found a small bug by my sandwich on my plate (And these are just some examples)
Also, the seats and tables were rarely cleaned so I always had a sticky seat.

The bug situation happened so often, and it was so unappetizing that I just stopped coming overall.

Sad because the food was actually so good and workers were so nice 😕. Everyone I’ve spoken to has said the same thing… that this place is gross, but the food is great.
I’m just tired of having extra bug protein in my meals that I’m not paying for.
