GET KATCHEN OFF OF THAT REGISTER!!! Has anyone noticed how awful she is to customers? I actually worked at Jason’s for over two years, and I know my managers would have never stood for this disrespect. We get it, you’ve had a bad day. Get over yourself, you’re on the clock, service with a smile. This is my 3rd encounter with Katchen, and it’s humorous how management clearly doesn’t care about her behavior. This location became a joke.

I called in an order then drove to pick it up. Had to call to let them know I had arrived, at the time the text link indicated the order was to be completed. From the car, was able to see a couple of people ordering when I arrived. I saw one person come in and order, then another drove up... then another. Once all those people got their orders, then my order was finally brought after ten, fifteen minutes, which I had tipped in advance. Then once I got home and started eating the sandwich from the order, I stated becoming nauseated, so ended up throwing the sandwich away. This experience has made it so I won't be going there again.
