Jersey Mike’s Subs

Tried the giant Philly Cheese Steak it was ok just not really seasoned that good. It was fresh and hot though. I'll rate it a 6 out of 10.

Great bogo deal on uber eats was canceled with no explanation after waiting an hour. I have a pregnant wife to feed and now she has time wait another hour. Ill be giving Jimmy John's my money from now on.

First and last visit.
Staff need hearing aids. Don’t like repeating more then twice. Fire house is better. Tables and chairs were all dirty. Then after there tables were “cleaned,” still dirty. Chairs never touched. Mopping was half assed. Never saw a broom used first. See pictures for questions.

I had an online order for 2 big kahuna cheesesteak no mushroom (im allergic) they proceeded to put mushrooms on it called the store to inform them of the matter was told the manager was busy to keep the receipt bring the receipt with me next time to redeem the correct food order I came in 7/28 spoke with the manager Derrick (with purple braids) in regards to this matter which he says im here just to collect free food even after providing him with the online order number a physical receipt he was not professional, respectable, helpful at all in this situation due to his lack of respect understanding and professionalism

Trash on the floor like it's been there for a months food all under the slicer and meat behind it lettuce was on the counter by the cash register.

I have celiac disease (like a gluten allergy). So its hard to eat at places like this with all of the cross contamination fears. But the man that made my sandwiches today was stellar (taller with purple ish dreads). He was training a new hire (who was helping with the sandwiches) while also multitasking and made sure every surface was clean, they got new tools, and they both changed their gloves. I watched every step of the process and I've never felt safer at any other jersey Mike's than I did at this one. People who are trained properly to handle allergies really do make the day so much easier and better for people who usually struggle pretty hard with food. Thank you both for incredible, patient, safe, and non judgemental service. ❤️

This has to be the worst location ever. Waited forever for a small pickup order. The floor and tables were dirty and sticky and gross.

Ordering mobile 20+ minutes a head of time is worthless. They do not communicate well where your order is in the process. You could wait an additional 5 or 10 or more for a sandwich you ordered 20+ minutes ago. People walk in a get their sandwich over you placing an order 20+ minutes…

What can I say? #17 is my go-to. I eat half with Garden Salsa Sun Chips at lunch and the other half for dinner. Great staff.
