I decided to come here after a doctor’s appointment this evening (around maybe 8/8:30) & experienced some of the best customer service from a food place ever in life. I was greeted when I walked in.. Every crew member had smiles on their faces.. my order was made to perfection.. & the cashier was very attentive. He noticed the gauze band around my arm & made a light hearted joke, which I appreciated. After my order was done, he held the door open for me to exit. I’ve had the roughest time as of recent & this encounter really lifted my spirits. I will be back.

It’s Friday afternoon about to be 4 pm and the team working today is a Friday vibe. Gentleman at the register greeted me like we are gym buddies, he knew his stuff! Says he’s been here 4 years I hope he’s running the place as he seems to be enjoying every minute. Young lady making art with the deli was knowledgeable as I clearly had no idea what to get and patient. Then we had the grill master in the back although quiet I could see he knows his stuff as I too have worked many grills before. Cooking it just right as to not overcook and dry out the meats. To be honest I have only tried it but I’ll be back as this team is fantastic. Hope they are rewarded for the efforts.

Staff is super friendly and nice. They remembered my order whenI come in, which was twice lol. I appreciate that the staff was more than helpful because my wife is pregnant. They cooked the food the way I asked without any attitude, which is hard to come across now a days.
Yesterday, I ended up getting their Chipotle steak sandwich, and wow, did it have a lot of meat plus was delicious.So today I decided to try their number 9 cold sandwich and man this thing is big plus with CRISPY bacon.These sandwiches are way better and bigger than those other sandwich shops. I guess, hence, the reason why Jersey Mike's does say "A sub above"

I stopped in for a late lunch. I was greeted with enthusiasm! The staff was friendly and provided insight on possible menu suggestions. I'm huge on customer service and my sub was great!! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch; highly recommend. I may be adding Jersey Mike into the lunch rotation ?!

I only put four star on service because one time they screwed it up, but other than that everything else is great the food is amazing, the people are very friendly, just make sure you specify and call them before you go to get your order otherwise it could wind up getting screwed up just a fair warning. Either way altogether five stars.
