Oh my, these people and sandwiches are just amazing! I went in the other day, my first time patronizing this sandwich restaurant, and it smelled fresh, was fast, Rachel and Courtney were great on customer service, and the roast beef sandwich bread reminded me of back home in New Orleans. Tasted so mm mmm good. So clean. This is now my go-to sandwich place. Thank you, Jimmy John's!

I ordered sandwiches for Teacher appreciation week for my son daycare and accidentally mistype the address. Come to find out the address was off by one number but it was also not in their delivery zone. Courtney was very understanding and she explained that they will make a one-time exception which I appreciate because it was my error I own it. Courtney and Nicole, I do, thank you for making this a success and everyone enjoyed the food as well.

I came in here today and ordered a turkey tom and when I got home and opened my sandwich there was a dirty finger nail on my sandwich. I went back to the store and they only gave me $10 back? That is crazy. I am soo disgusted and I will for sure never eat jimmy John’s again.

The bald old guy with the glasses who was the cashier had great customer service. Very nice and polite. Also my order was ready in 3mins.
Good keto meal. Got a #9 wrapped in lettuce, it was filling and delicious, the only con is that it was really cold. They had the order made really quick which was nice. Satiating bite for $9

The young blonde lady at the front had a very dry demeanor, and I explained to her that I could not find the avocado spread that is supposed to come on the sandwich and she said it was wedged in between the two slices of cheese, so that's why I couldn't see it so I opened the cheese up and it was a very thin spread, barely there. I showed her how thin it was, and she said if I wanted it more then I need to pay more instead of just making it the same portion it was when I ordered it the day before. She was very rude and she was adamant that she was not going to make the sandwich right. I did not enjoy my dry sandwich and I will not be returning.

I’ve ordered here plenty of times for me and my family as well as for the company I work for. They have always made our orders spot on every time I’m never disappointed. The customer service tho is amazing every time I go in to pickup I am greeted and helped right away the staff is very friendly! Even when I have my order delivered the person is always really nice . Definitely my favorite location.

I like the bread especially well, and I usually get the turkey & bacon club or an Italian. This location is clean and fast, and the staff is friendly. It seems like the amount of meat in the sandwiches is shrinking, but I’m not 100% sure.
Parking: It’s in a strip center. Parking close by is usually not too difficult, but the lot can get crowded.
