You better study the menu. Heaven forbid you confuse a toasted sandwhich with a non-toasted sandwich. If you make this mistake IT IS YOUR FAULT. Says the manager. I would not recommend earting at a place that treats their customers with such disdain. A few weeks earlier I though I found my go to Italian sandwich. I was wrong. You must know the menu or else.

Got the number 16 on french bread no veggies extra mayo. It was made perfect. The cut was prefect and she used the mayo scoop so it was also prefect. Bread was perfect. A pleasant surprise to my hectic day!

I ordered a turkey with bacon sandwich with mayo and tomato. I was charged 12.39. The WORST SANDWICH EVER. Do not order from this location. One piece of turkey meat, 2 slices of bacon, 2 tiny tomatoes. The lack of turkey was unbelievable!!! This place is a joke and I advise you to save your money. For the price they changed me, I could have bought a 8-10 lb turkey and ate many sandwiches. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. My husband's sandwich seemed fine.

Oh my, these people and sandwiches are just amazing! I went in the other day, my first time patronizing this sandwich restaurant, and it smelled fresh, was fast, Rachel and Courtney were great on customer service, and the roast beef sandwich bread reminded me of back home in New Orleans. Tasted so mm mmm good. So clean. This is now my go-to sandwich place. Thank you, Jimmy John's!
I ordered sandwiches for Teacher appreciation week for my son daycare and accidentally mistype the address. Come to find out the address was off by one number but it was also not in their delivery zone. Courtney was very understanding and she explained that they will make a one-time exception which I appreciate because it was my error I own it. Courtney and Nicole, I do, thank you for making this a success and everyone enjoyed the food as well.

I came in here today and ordered a turkey tom and when I got home and opened my sandwich there was a dirty finger nail on my sandwich. I went back to the store and they only gave me $10 back? That is crazy. I am soo disgusted and I will for sure never eat jimmy John’s again.
