Went in to order and tried to go to the restroom while my husband was ordering. Lady at the counter was very rude and would not let me use the restroom until we paid! Crazy. Never heard such a thing. Also this place is dirty. They don't take out the trash either.

First time I had to make myself eat a burger. The fries weren't good. We threw our fries in the trash. I wouldn't recommend eating here, but it seems to be a popular spot in the area.

New to the area I’m not sure who the cashier is but she is so rude I asked her was the wings a pretty nice size so I’ll know how much to order and she tells me ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER OR NOT and the Chinese man did nothing at all I will be posting this on social media I’m guessing this how they treat their customers

Got a deal with T mobile, thought this would be a great opportunity to check this place out. However they didn’t honor it. They claimed that I had to spend a certain amount before using. Mind you I have lived in the area for so long and never crossed my mind to stop by. The location is not the greatest area . Well on top of not honoring it. The lady was extremely rude. If they were more professional about the situation I would have paid full price. It not a big deal but with the attitude they had I rather take my money elsewhere. The amount they were requiring me spend was ridiculous as I am just one person they should have honor the coupon as this was not mentioned on it.

So I eat here quite often and it's always a great experience except tonight I went in and I had to use the restroom very bad, and the new lady at the cash register that I never seen before told me I had to order before I could use the restroom. Which I find ridiculous. Then I had to go in for work and my fiance went in to order some food and was 30 cents short and the lady was very rude and couldn't cover it after she told her she would get it and bring it when her husband got home. This restaurant is a neighborhood place or delicious food and hospitality. Tonight it felt totally foreign. The lady at the register should take tips from the young lady that he always working and always smiling. When I walked in I wasn't greeted like I normally am with a smile. This lady was scowling. Please replace her or teach her how customers should be treated
