Overpriced 300 for a paleta outrageous

I just came to this place, it's my first time and I swear I don't recommend it at all apart from the fact that they make you wait and ask you politely what kind of fruit they have and the lady answers me in the worst way that you look at the screen, that and more, I work too with customer service and I know that sometimes it is frustrating but you have to know how to give good service and I will not return again.
I'm not a fan of this spot. I gave it the benefit of the doubt after my first visit. I had fresas con crema. Fresas crema cup was too sweet for me, lechera at its max! The second time I went was because I was craving something with Nutella. I got the churros with fruta. The churros were soggy, not being fully cooked. I had 2 options for the drizzle, which i was hoping for Nutella, which they don't serve, I was very disappointed. For the price i paid. No, thank you.

The lady who is always there was on the phone the whole time and didn't put the corn in my filth WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE CORN. I didn't realize until it was too late that it was just cheese and sour cream. Teach the employee not to talk on the phone in front of your customers!!!

I went to this place yesterday to buy a few things my Daugher was craving some mango so we ordered a cup mix with mango cantaloupe and watermelon. I was so disappointed first of all it’s pricey and the fruit was not ripe it was so hard to eat we had to throw everything away!

We bought two waters of horchata and the person in charge of serving us did not greet us and was on the phone talking loudly all the time. I asked him for a small water and he gave us a large one (he didn't listen to us or attend to us properly because he was on the phone all the time).

First and last time I come, a woman with black hair and glasses helped me, terrible service, she didn't know the price of things and she asked the manager and he answered in a very bad way.
The ice cream is nasty and it’s pricey
The Russians ALWAYS make them with unflavored soda. It costs $7 and they are not To open a new Soda They give us the one they opened all day... today my mom had to return the Russian one because it didn't have any flavor.
FIRST AND LAST TIME I GO, APART FROM EXPENSIVE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, I ASKED FOR A DOZEN PALLETS AND THEY SUPPOSED TO BE CHEAPER THAN BUYING THEM INDIVIDUALLY AND THE YOUNG MAN WHO SERVED ME WANTED TO GIVE THEM TO ME FOR 30 DLLS..
AND MY DAUGHTER ASKED FOR SOME STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK HER HOW SHE WANTED THEM OR IF SHE WANTED A TOPIN ABOVE, THEY PREPARED THEM AS THEY WANTED AND WHEN WE ORDERED GRANOLA I CHARGED IT AS AN EXTRA ?
