Slow food - although not busy it took over 20min to get our two meals done. One of the burgers was ordered double and upon complaining, the first answer without even looking at our receipt was that we were lying and one of the burgers was not double. Only after insisting is that they accepted the mistake. Not a good place to come back next time at six flags.

Went to a kiosk and it would not accept my card after it finally worked I had to wait a hour for my burger, no sauce and no drink that even with buying the meal had to pay extra for and the place was swarming with flies and was disgusting 20 dollars for one meal

It’s a Johnny Rockets inside a Six Flags park. So expect to pay a lot, but at least the food doesn’t suck. Family of 4 getting the standard single patty meals + 4 bottles of water = $97 with tip.

That said , highly recommend this place over many others located in the park. And use the order kiosk, makes things soooo much easier.

Their air conditioning is stellar.

The overall dining experience was underwhelming. The food quality was mediocre and did not justify the high pricing. Service was disorganized—staff appeared untrained and unprepared, failing to provide basic essentials like napkins, sauces, straws, or a proper tray without being prompted. There is a need for improvement in both staff training and attention to detail to meet basic customer service expectations.

Longest wait EVER. Cold food. Terrible service from the lady calling order numbers. Rude and dismissive. If you hate your job, get a new one. People are paying way too much money for your trash attitude and cold food.

The set up to order food, get refills, and pick up food are nothing short of ridiculous! Total chaos.

Horrible service even for a theme park. Mobile ordered and got our food but they didn't give me the drinks and said someone else had to get them but there wasn't anyone else. Just ridiculous.

Not nearly as good as a standalone johnny rockets

The prices are insanely expensive and the quality of food was worth 1/4 the price. They charge almost $10 for fries and $6 for a drink. Having a season pass also doesn’t apply to this place, and they charge a $1.30 surcharge because “operating costs.” I’ve been to Johnny Rockets at other places and it was far better, this place was very disappointing. It didn’t help that there was a foul odor inside.

Amazing Customer Service

Bro it took forever to get 2 bottles of water and there was a dead bug on the floor! WHY!? Also the waters were like 4$ AS A DEAL LIKE AT LEAST HAVE FAST SERVICE IF YOUR GONNA OVERCHARGE!

I think it is hilarious that this place is still open. Hilarious in a horribly sad way. 3.5 hr wait for 2,000% marked up food. I’m losing my faith in humanity.

Omg save yourself. Most unorganized restaurant I’ve ever been in. They lost track of the whole rooms orders. And it’s laughably expensive.
