I had ordered through their online portal for a pick up order at 4:30. When we got there we waited 45 minutes because our food was not ready. Not only that, the mashed potatoes were missing. The mashed potatoes would have not been a problem if we didn’t wait that long for our food. The service was not good considering it was taking a while, past our pick up time and they were not reassuring us that our food was being made.

This place was absolutely horrible. The one in Plano is 1000% better. They don’t have everything on the menu. They didn’t have the pineapple drink which is what they’re known for. I will give this place a year and it will be gone.

Usually I get the chicken sandwich, but I wanted to try something different, so I went for the 3 piece tender. I paid $14 for tenders that are barely the size of my pointer finger and cold fries. I have noticed that the fries are cold on several occasions so maybe it’s my fault that I keep ordering them, but they shouldn’t be cold at all. I hate writing bad reviews, but I really think things need to change :/

Honestly, the food was disgusting and cold. The chicken was very greasy, and tasted like old oil. Better fried chicken at Winco. Fries were old and cold. Gravy was slimy and stinky. Mac was good, but needed a little more salt. Absolutely would not recommend.

Beyond disappointed. I had such high hopes for this location. First time trying Jolibee and may very well be my last. I ordered a 3-piece meal with Mashed potatoes and a peach pie (no drink). I paid $15 plus tax. The pie was almost iced cold, the chicken room temperature which is not very appetizing and the mash portion was super small. I am half way my food and will toss the rest. I love fried chicken, but this is far from good. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I got a 2pc & 2 sides. I got mashed potatoes and biscuits... I ended up getting 3 biscuits since I didn't know you get a biscuit already so I got charge and extra as a side. I would have never ordered biscuits of it came with it. I also got no silverware on my bag .. the dumb girl at the window is just plain stupid or not trained right, her name is Nayla as or said on my ticket.... Put napkins and silverware on the order bags dummy. Smdh 🤦♂️ 🤦♂️ Last time here and if you reading this, need the warning. Service sucks here folks
The cheese burger was delicious, but it was the size of the smallest burger you can buy at McDonalds, but for $9.99 plus tax. That does not include fries or drink. Not a great value imo.
