Listennnn! Forget about all of the bad reviews! Some people are just chronic complainers! Haha! As for me, I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience at this particular KFC location! Not only was the customer friendly, but the food was absolutely fresh and delicious! I’m a picky eat and I was IMPRESSED! Shout to Stephanie and her crew! I recently visited KFC with my grandfather, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious, as always—crispy chicken, flavorful sides, and everything fresh and well-prepared. My grandfather especially enjoyed the classic Original Recipe chicken, and it was heartwarming to see him savor each bite.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot for a casual meal together. However, I did feel that the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other fast-food options. While the quality justifies some of the cost, it might be worth considering more budget-friendly deals or promotions to make it more accessible.
All in all, it was a lovely outing with my grandfather, and I’d definitely return for the tasty food and warm atmosphere. Just hoping for a slightly lighter hit on the wallet next time!

O have gone to many kfcs ,hiw evee by far this one stands out as the worst ! Besides getting wrong order a few times ,they never have anything ready always have to wait and the chicken pieces are very small ! I don't think I will visit this kfc again !

I visited this location because my daughter needed to use the restroom. Upon entering, we found it to be very dirty, with a slippery floor and an open stall that was unclean, so we waited for the occupied one to become available. When the stall finally opened, an employee walked out—and shockingly, she didn’t even wash her hands! In a fast food restaurant where employees handle customers' food, basic hygiene should be a priority. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Well this Visit was very upsetting, after a long day of cravings for KFC I placed a mobile order. I was shorted a bisket and received the smallest leg and thigh in my 4 piece meal (Obviously the employee also does not know Chickens body parts). Aside from that the associate working the drive thru did not sound very motivated to be working and I did not receive any silverware or at least napkins. I'm so done with today that I decided to send this review rather than returning in person to complain, with hopes of receiving some normal size proteins and missing bisket. Like for real look at any of KFCs ads and tell me the chicken looks this dang small. Photo: Size difference from the leg and tight from the right compared to the left side two... Unbelievable that the employees had no problem sending me on my happy way just to be DISAPPOINTED

This place pissed me off so much. I ordered food and it took waaay longer than it should! Almost an hour because multiple drivers kept leaving because it wasn’t ready. then when my driver got there they claimed someone else took it?! Like are they serious? They took! It! I’m so mad.

700 W. Abram St Arlington TX 76013. This place has been closed the last two times I tried to pick up an order from them. During business hours and not a holiday. Today I ordered on line and paid on line, then I arrived and the lady inside was shaking her head. Doors were locked and lights were off. She would not get on the drive through speaker either.
