Ordered online and the Matty bowls we got are no way close to what is advertised. The food was good but the serving size doesn't live up to what they advertise.

If I could rate this zero stars I would! The wait time for the food after ordering ridiculous and the food wasn’t even fresh so what was the wait time for? They keep saying waiting on the chicken but the chicken wasn’t even good. Disappointed I wanted to give them another try but things are still the same Long wait time and the food is not good

Worst KFC ever! Called on Christmas Eve and was told they would be open until 6pm. Placed an order on the app at 12:30 for pickup at 4:30. Received a notification saying my order was ready around 4:10. Arrived at 4:30 to find the employees had the doors locked and were cleaning up inside. They unlocked the door to tell me they were closing early and that they don’t have any control over online orders. Had to call the 1-800 number to get my money. Complete waste of time and money, and received no apologies or concern from anyone in the restaurant.

Just like all the other reviews, please stay away from this location!!! Food is not cooking throughly, you will wait upwards of 30-50 mins for food that you won’t eat, service is horrible. Do not eat here! Corporate does not follow up after submitting a complaint.

Wonderful people especially Joseph he helped me get my food, and he had very good costumer service and had a very good conversation (I came in late with no one around) and he, I got the wrong order and he corrected it immediately and apologized immediately and got me an extra sink for free, mans was funny and amazing, would go again just for this man, earned a permanent costumer.
