I been here 2 times the first I waited 30 minutes for then to tell me they ran out of chicken tenders then I waited another 30 for them to get my new order then I went here a again and there machine is broken so I had to wait 30 minutes to resive my order they need to figure out there stuff because I'm sick of waiting for chicken each time and by the time I got my food the stuff I ordered before got cold

My wife, and i, use our T-Mobile app for the offer on their tenders it did not look like the TVs version of it, they were very dry, very overcooked, the fries were overcooked and dry, everything was very salty period will not be going back to this store or maybe any store for the tenders Very Bad Day we both got headaches from the salt.

I ordered a two piece all white original. The pieces were very small and extremely overcooked making the chicken also impossible to chew! Definitely my last time to spend my hard earned money on food here!

We hardly ever eat fast food, but we saw an advertisement for a five dollar box with original recipe, boneless wings or nuggets or something. We went specifically to get this box… the young lady at the drive-through could not have been any more polite, the food was hot, fresh and delicious.

This place blows your phone up with coupons but when you come here to redeem an IN STORE only coupon the store doesn’t have a scanner to be able to redeem it and doesn’t give ANY other options even though they are lacking what should be available. Won’t be back to this location.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at KFC Location on 5900 S Cooper St, Arlington, TX 76017

Dear KFC Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your Arlington location on 5900 S Cooper St. My recent visit on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, left me very disappointed with the customer service I received, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.

I placed an order for an 8-piece chicken meal (Order Number: 213547794) through your mobile app at 3:20 pm, and according to the app, my order was scheduled to be ready for pickup by 3:30 pm. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff informed me they could not find my order. After I provided my order number, they eventually located it but continued to make me wait while serving other customers who had arrived after me.

Despite my continued presence and the fact that I was waiting with my child, who understandably became cranky due to the prolonged wait from 3:30 pm until 4:15 pm, the staff made no effort to expedite my order. Only after I repeatedly inquired did they finally complete it. To my disappointment, there was no apology, no thank you, and not even a hint of friendliness or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

I am deeply frustrated by this lack of basic customer service and courtesy. Waiting for nearly an hour, especially with a young child, was challenging, and the staff’s indifference only added to the unpleasant experience.

I hope that KFC can address this matter with the staff at this location to ensure other customers do not face a similar experience in the future. I believe all customers deserve prompt and respectful service.

Chicken nuggets were old and overcooked, girl taking order was rushing me. My last time visiting this location. Do better and offer a consistent product. Chicken nuggets were so small .

Wheelchair accessibility: If you are handicapped, do NOT place an order expecting them to deliver it at the drive thru! I placed a $40 order and went to pick it up, the woman at the to-go told me all to go orders must be picked up inside. I politely told her that I was handicapped and could she please deliver the order through the window. "Nope! You have to come inside and get it". I drove off and left my order and will never return with my business!

Why is it that this (and perhaps others) KFC location intentionally attempt to rip off their customers?? It is very bizarre how, despite repeating my order twice and having the "order taker" repeat it back to me, the order is still not even remotely close to being correct. In addition, there seems to be no interest in providing food that is served outside of the temp danger zone (40° - 140°). KFC/PEPSI are one bad employee away from serious litigation. An absolute disaster of a food service operation.
