Went in excited about the Texas deal. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Check the cameras. I understand workers being busy, but how hard is it to say hello..we appreciate your patience, it's going to be a moment. They didn't look short handed. Upon looking, every table inside of the restaurant was also not clean. Won't come back to this one. Too bad.

I stopped eating KFC in the early 2000s and thought I would try the Hot Wings🤮🤢 First off the lights around the building and order sign out.. Secondly the grease was so old it left an after taste..Pulled up to window asked for Hot sauce of none in the bag nothing but balled up napkins.. Ate 2 wings couldn’t stomach it.. The economy is way bad to waste $15 dollars on 12 wings.. Count your days KFC

Every time I come in here for either ordering or DoorDash, it takes so long for them to even come to the counter. Food takes WAY too long. Understanding things need to cook, but when the chicken I can literally see is ready, that’s ridiculous. One person always seems like they are working while others are just standing around, playing around, and just small talking. Waiting over 20 minutes since ordering is ridiculous, and being told another 5-10 minutes is unacceptable. And waiting ~5 minutes just for someone to come to the counter, again, while other workers are standing around is unprofessional. Even for a fast food place.

8/21/25. Im back here again the service here is horrible. They pull everyone around. The lady at window said it was gonna take 20 minutes to fix my order. Like really. I order a chicken sandwich & potato wedges. Come now! I ordered at 4:33pm and its now 4:58pm still no food. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone

Place completely unorganized. Tell you 5 minutes for the wedges to cook and ask you to pull around front. 20+ minutes go by and they completely forget you are out front. Then after you call the store to inquire about your order, they say it's on the way out and another 10 minutes go by and kid walking car to car with my order because it's been so long they forgot what car I was in. Just throw this location away, a bunch of people just hanging out behind the counter collecting a paycheck. Unreal
The hot wings must have been over cooked or cooked twice. Bones were showing in the hot wings and the six piece did not give a wing or breast as stated. Sides were okay and delivery was great.

Even though this location is 5min away from me, I just don't waste my time anymore. If anything they'll help you get your health on track because even though it says KFC,chicken is just really not their specialty. I went to get wings on 2 occasions and they were OUT. I was told by a gentlemen they had 4 left. Lol Then the next day, I went back (I know I know), I was told that it would be a 20 min wait. At this point, it's not meant for me but for those that must have it, go to Mansfield. This location is terrible. Save your time and gas.

Well I’m glad I got the spicy wing deal for $9.99 tax 82.cents cash I gave her $20.00 TOTAL $10.81 why she tell me my total was $13.92 I told her can’t be right so she look a the screen again and said $10.81 so are yall SCAMMIN PEOPLE FOR A COUPLE DOLLARS YALL ADD YALL FOOD UP YALL SELF STOP LETTING THESE RESTAURANTS OVERPRICED YALL

I purchased chicken today via the drive thru. I requested the tender special and I received the 8 piece dark. The ironic thing is I do not eat dark meat. My family was very disappointed. Although I had to find an alternate dinner, my family found this chicken oily and not fresh. To top it off i tried to call the restaurant 5 times with no answer.
