Kincaid's Hamburgers

I understand the hype. The onion rings are probably the best I ever had. Evenly coated, well seasoned and the onion doesn't come out after the 1st bite.
The burger Cowboy Burger itself was ok. The bbq sauce and onion ring toppings had all the flavor. If I had gotten an og burger I probably would've been very disappointed.

Not much of a reviewer it we really like the burgers here. The only issue in the 20+ times we’ve been here is the lack of customer service. If the employees were to just smile and at the very least say thank you for coming, it would make a huge difference. Local businesses forget that reoccurring customers are the one who make their business. I hope leadership read this and the next time we come if we at the very least get a smile I’ll consider updating my review.

Nothing better than a good old fashion hamburger. Kincaid's has been around a long time and that is testament to their quality product and service.

I dont know why everyone is saying how good the burgers are there was no seasoning it was very bland and so we're the fries it says voted best burger in the USA on the window thats false advertising I dont know who voted but they are obviously lying if you want the best burger in the USA try the patio in everman now they know how to season best burger I've ever had on a sourdough bun and cheaper then this place as well

There is absolutely NOTHING fancy about sitting at big picnic tables and eating burgers and fries delivered in a white paper bag--but you won't taste a better burger. Love this place!
