We truly lucked out when we arrived! Nearly all the tables were either reserved or occupied, but just as we approached the bar, a couple had vacated their seats, allowing us to be seated immediately after placing our order at the kiosk. It was a lively Friday night and a line of eager diners quickly formed behind us, waiting for their turn to experience the magic. The space is modest, but the demand speaks volumes about its quality.

The best ramen in Arlington. Whatever you get, get it with an extra egg, fried garlic and black garlic 🤤 The spicy edamame is delicious. Their house cold sake is great paired with a light beer.

We got the Tokotsu* that has the black garlic and the red one is the kimchi ramen SO GOOD. We get it mild with a side of the habanero which we then can mix in as we like.

It's very rare that I post a review of anything. But I have to say that I went to this ramen place only because I was at the Custer store next door with my kids and they had to use the restroom but the restroom at the customer store was out of order, And the guy behind the counter suggested I go to the ramen place next door.
