I've been to Japan, China town in every city (including NY). The noodle here is run by a guy who went to Japan for 4 years just to make broth and noodles. I have nothing else to say.

One of the best ramen places I've been to thus far. The tonkotsu is amazing and I recommend the takoyaki for an appetizer. The place is a little small and has limited seating so be sure to call ahead to reserve a seat if you have a larger party.

I went there yesterday with a friend and the food was REALLY good! The staff was super nice (especially the servers - the girl in particular) and the vibe was good. I really recommend for both the food and just the general experience.
