Ordered to go and they had everything correct! They were honest that crawfish is frozen for the season but still good! Loved the crab as they are so flavorful. The calamari were odd in color but they were decent.

Terrible customer service. Lady answered the phone extremely rude. I go there all of the time and it’s usually great customer service. But I will not spend my money here again

The Food was Really Good. However, the Service was some of the worst that I've had. Happy Hour ends at 5pm I arrive at 4pm. I ask the Bartender what's under Happy Hour. She explained the beer machine is down and she'd have to get me a bottle beer which $1.99 under Happy hour. I order 3 beers all before 5pm. Then I get my ticket at 6pm and find out I was charged full price for 7 Beers. The lady that usually works upfront gets my ticket and tells me the bottle beer wasn't part of the Happy hour. There's a sign on the building that also says bottled beer is $1.99 during Happy hour. Thankfully the guy that works behind the bar came to help get the issue resolved. The only reason I stopped there to have a drink was because of the sign on the building. The lady from the front never came back to apologize. Her attitude and argumentative behavior isn't professional. She should be focused on staying off her cell phone talking all day and be more attentive to the Customers. Food was good but service was horrible. Because of her I won't be going back.

We had a big order, and I believe it was a little overwhelming for the young lady on the register. Thank God for Kevin, who stepped in to help. Job well done Kevin!!!

Annoyed that krispy catch charged $5.50 for seven onion rings. Kind of shady

lady upfront is rude and always talking on the cell phone. she's also argumentative about issues she's not aware of. thankfully the guy Bartender came to ensure I was billed Happy hour pricing on the bottled beer. I won't be going back because I pay for service and food.

The catfish me and my friends ordered was nothing but batter. The server lady told us there were several things she wasn’t going to do for us bc she simply didn’t feel like it. Did I mention we were the only people in there?? What could we possibly be requesting from you!!!

Plump oysters, meaty snow crab in saucy goodness, and the scallops had a nice flavoring to them. Restaurant was Clean and spacious with lots of TVs. Met the very friendly owner, great service from staff. I highly recommend this place!

It is hit or miss here with the service. The staff acts like they don't want to be there. They don't know anything about items on the menu. Even the manager was boarding rude. I had to ask for more water! The place wasn't even busy. 3 days ago when visited the waiter was good but another wait staff person found out we made a to go order...she took it back to kitchen and then ignored us when we tried to get her attention. She left our food in the kitchen until our waited went and packed it. If your service people don't want to work in this industry....STAY HOME! We pay for a service not your attitude. THANK YOU!

I'm not that picky but found a hair in my food. They got me a new order, found another one on the dressing... just put the whole thing in the trash can. Will never come back to this place

Do not order Cajun garlic wings..unless you like seafood boil poured on burnt wings! They were overcooked, drenched in grease, and still had feathers. Cashier/staff took an attitude with me because I told him the quality was horrible. After management told him to do what was needed...he was upset and walked off mumbling inaudibly. I canceled the order and was refunded. Never let someone with an attitude handle your food.

Service is Horrible!!! I ordered some food, and once I got there, I was not too fond of the food I was about to get, so I asked if I could order something else. Instead, the lady told me that to place another order, I would have to buy the food I didn't want. I told her why, when in the food business, people order food all the time and realize once they get it, they don't like what they have and ask to order something new. She was insulting, and this happened today, 8/1/24, around noon.

I need the manager to contact me ASAP because I will tell everyone I know not to come to this business!

The lady here was so nice she said I looked cute and they seafood is so good I definitely recommend eating here again my mom and I enjoyed it very good costumer service
