The employees at the location 2600 S Cooper St have a consistently negative attitude. Their tone of voice is often high, and they do not greet customers with a friendly demeanor, making it seem as if they are forced to interact with customers or even to work. This is especially true for two female African American employees who provide very bad service and communicate with customers with a bad attitude. It might be better for both them and the customers if they were not working there. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time these two employees have treated customers poorly, with a bad attitude, it has happened multiple times, If the manager perfects that means all the employees working with him are going to be perfect, but if it’s the manager doesn’t care that means everything gonna be bad. That’s what’s happening now.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment is unsatisfactory. The tables and floors are dirty, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for patrons. This location used to have a better environment, but it has deteriorated since this current team of employees took over.

Wonderful ! Finally I was able to get fresh donuts from krispy cream I always go to Kroger where they always toss the donuts from 2 days ago. The lady as a courtesy which don’t happen nowadays gave me a glaze donut. Nice I’ll keep coming here forever

Downloaded the app to get notifications of hot donuts, I was five minutes away from this location when I got a notification that they had hot donuts. Got here and the sign is on, when I went to order was told they have no hot donuts. What’s the point of having the app and sign on if there are no hot donuts? I feel like this is just false advertisement to get people to come here. Very disappointing.
