I just left the location ordered a couple of donuts for my kids and a coffee for myself.I requested an ice water for my kiddos and they said they do not have water . But I could buy a bottled water for my kids.When I spoke to the manager, he said they don’t do that and that they don’t have water there. I said well how do you make coffee? He said he thought for a minute and said he just pushes a button. .Pretty disappointed, as it is very common practice to offer an ice water with the purchase of other food and lie to me that you don’t have water is kind of ridiculous .

Would have done 5 star, but... Donuts are good, everything is good (of course), but when my husband and I went in to decide what we wanted, the women at the counter kept rushing us (and everyone around us) to order. I get it, it's morning, you want all customers to hurry up and get out asap, but we WEREN'T DECIDED YET. I had to keep saying "no" to multiple people asking me if I was ready, God forbid I wait 2 minutes to transfer money to my card so I can actually buy something here. They also talked about us right in front of us, too. "You can get THEM over there," multiple times, and condescendingly telling us the card reader was ready multiple times. Give us a second, good lord. Only ever stopping for free donuts here, never actually buying anything else from this specific location, and that's a promise. Idc who I "inconvenience."

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I drove to Krispy Kreme for fresh donuts... instead I received prepackaged donuts. If I wanted prepackaged donuts I wouldn't gone somewhere where they sell repackaged Krispy Kreme!!! This makes me very upset.

According to the posted store hours they should be open until 9pm, I've visited twice the doors are closed by 8pm

The lady at the drive-thru was awful she was way aggressive and hurried. She got our order wrong and then tried to gaslight us by saying that what she heard was what was ordered.Then she swiped my card comes out smugly saying my card didn't go through. My card did go through. She seemed to be looking for a fight or a reason to be a complete see you next Tuesday.If she doesn't want her job may be give it to someone else.Edit: the drink she made was horrible. She should be fired.

Came in on Sat morning for some donuts. I'm floored because you have a number of GREEN donuts and cold regular glazed. Everyone does not want green food colored donuts just a wasted trip. I go back in the lady was acting as if I was a problem for asking for regular donuts she then just said you want a refund! No I want donuts I came 25mins for regular donuts. Not happy with this trip to Krispy Kreme just a wasted trip money and time. Maybe make half and half for those customers who don't want to eat a green donut ?
