Today and I want to give a thumbs up on the little cashier her name was Katherine., Always bag my own groceries or like I said I normally go through the self check so that way I can just pay and go, but she wasn't busy today so I went to the regular line and she was just gracious , helpful atten dant Not very busy today is memorial Day weekend but, thumbs up with her she always asked if I needed assistance., would like to see that she gets a review back and let them know that she received the five star..please

I placed an online order for a custom cake on 3/9 for a 3/11 pick up. When I came to pick it up, they didn’t have any record of it. I spoke to a manger, Victor, and he took the order in the store and I said I could pick it up in the evening 3/12. When I spoke to the bakery the morning of 3/12, they confirmed they don’t get a lot of the online orders and to always call them after placing the online order to make sure it can be completed. Please look into fixing the online ordering system or remove it. The bakery workers were helpful with assisting.

Came there at 8 on a Sunday and there was nothing. The only thing was about 9 rock hard bagels. I’ll never go back there for “baked” items.

Just had a horrible experience here. We were looking to get a cake for my mom’s birthday from this Kroger, my dad is in the ICU and it’s her first birthday in a long time without him. The cakes from Kroger have been hit or miss so I asked the ladies behind the counter for a sample of their white cake. Rather than say, “We don’t give samples,” they proceeded to laugh and say to each other “Haha she wants a sample!” Embarrassing me in front of the whole store for a simple request. I will not be coming back to this Kroger. Your staff is incredibly rude and needs trained. Unacceptable.

Fresh produce and meat, everything is good quality and prices are fair. I love the weekly ad sales and coupons offered. Their fried chicken is really good too! Only negative is I wish there was more workers at the butcher counter, but that's it.
