This is a newer find for me, I don't visit dallas often, and I normally go to the plano location. However, I found this one, I think it's new... they don't make puertogese sausage musubis, but they have redondos!

I do believe the absence of sauce for both meals was overlooked by a new employee still being trained on her first day guess i should have untied the bag and verified we were given the sauces to complete our meals macaroni salad was better than the other 2 hawaiian restaurants i frequent.

Arlington's location served the worst quality short ribs I've ever experienced from an L&L BBQ place. San Antonio and Plano locations are excellent. This one here in Arlington served short ribs with mostly fat and grizzle, hardly any meat for the price you're paying! My son's chicken was okay.

Great homemade food and service! The food is very fresh and made at the restaurant, not a fast food chain! We had the garlic shrimp bowl and it was very flavorful. The spicy corn ribs were outstanding! Definitely recommend and will be back!
The best Hawaiian food in DFW. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and all the workers who helped us were very nice and welcoming. Amazing customer service all around. The food was fresh and authentic, honestly exceeded any expectations I had walking in. The lumpias and musubi are a MUST! The owner even came by to check in on us and make sure we were taken care of. Absolutely worth the drive if you’re craving Hawaiian food.
First time trying this place and the food is amazing. Friendly staff and a clean environment! Will definitely be

It's always a treat to have L&L. Coming from Hawaii, it hits all the spots from back home. The chili garlic shrimp and the spam musubi is just like off the streets of Waikiki. The staff is beyond friendly, showcasing the aloha spirit. Mahalo! IG: @jordankarnesbeauty

We now have an authentic Hawaiian style BBQ restaurant in Arlington! I am from Oahu, Hawaii and remember this place as a kid. This is a true restaurant from the islands and the real deal. My wife and I dined in last week and we were instantly pleased with the amazing food and the unique island vibe. The owners, April and Raul came over to the table to meet us and were so friendly. You have to come and check out this amazing rare gem in Arlington! Aloha, Mike & Mel

I was so excited to try this..have loved Hawaiian BBQ since I was a child. However I was disappointed. I ordered 2 platters the short ribs and the Chicken Katsu. The short ribs were good no complaints there but one of my FAVE things about HBBQ is the macaroni salad and idk if I caught a bad day but it was not good. Very bland..no flavor.. idk what happened but I dint like it at all. The chicken katsu also no flavor at all.. idk if someone forgot to season it but I still have a full container, husband and I each tried it and neither of us like it. The lumpia is good..small but good. The customer service was great and they had a crowd so I am happy others are enjoying it. For me it was a 4/10 for taste.

Been going through the drive-thru a couple of times for this past month. Everytime I order my food and pay the service seems really cold to the point it's becoming lifeless. I'm getting attitude, no friendly Demeanor, and people are on there phones.

Had the lava chicken. It was pretty good. Would I come back and pay for the price? Probably not!
