I got a french dip and there was 2 slices of lunch meat on it. It was pretty much a bread sandwich with a dipping sauce. The whole set up was kind of confusing. U get a tray but only need it for certain meals.

Today I came to pick up my order. And my drink was missing. Then she hand me a empty cup told me to get it myself. Drinking area was messy lid fell on floor. I went to get the mango tea and it was none. They made some more took time I didnt have. I ask for a return told her was having a bad experience try to hand her the empty cup. She told me you and me both. The old lady their as cashier went around talking about me. Got someone to brew mango tea they dont know how to return a reward and I only came for that. Left to find out no sugar in tea. All this for tea. Only if it was made and ready to go they would of found out and had some brewing. She treated me like I was doordash not a customer. Moral of the story dont go online here they have no urgency and poor customer service.

Usually a big fan, but this last visit was a disappointment. Ordered a strawberry Nutella crepe and they gave me a basic chocolate syrup. Would’ve been fine if I had been told they were out of Nutella, but no they decided to switch it out thinking someone wouldn’t notice. Not only that, ordered an omelette and it had no flavor. Was simply missing salt. Not sure if that’s standard, but also a disappointment.

I ordered a bowl of $8 loaded potato soup. It was like water, in a small cup. It wasn't loaded with anything, a medicine cup side of cheese. Awful, waste of money.

I love this place, it's delicious. Every time I have the opportunity, I go specifically to this branch. The tomato soup is delicious. I never get tired of it. The desserts are delicious and the service is always incredible. They are all very friendly.
A nice place for a quick meal. Love the salads, soups, and ham monsieur croque monsieur and love the chicken friend. Leave room for the Sacher Torte.

I pay more than 10 dollars for a salad that is only lettuce and every time I have come to this restaurant they are very poor in lettuce, the salads should be served better since it is only lettuce...in the flat madeleine and Dallas for 75 they serve it well as it should be...it's sad
