The service was fine, they were kind and handled our needs.Me and my family went to this chain of Asian places to eat and thought with the reviews, what could go bad right? I was most indefinitely wrong. We were there when they first opened at noon and when we ordered no problem BESIDES when she’d just calculate everything and round it up without us realizing. We ordered Pho and Thai Bo. When we got our food, me and my mom could smell it.The smell of yesterday’s left over broth. It tasted sour and the condiments didn’t make up for it. I’ve had food poisoning before and I didn’t want that again so I stopped eating, as well as for the rest of my family.Have you all ever had your pho or soup based come out as sour, bitter or just the stench itself is retching? Because I know I personally don’t when I go out and eat at many Pho places. If that’s how Lao pho tastes like, I’d prefer not to come back to this place.

I love it! The Laos food is so authentic and prices ae reasonable for the portion. I had the larb sien (beef) at #1 spice (gastri precautions), it was delicious and preshly made. My boyriend ordered the yellow curry, it was very tasty but if you do order, keep in mind it comes with a bit spicy, this is coming from a person with gastritis. The restaurant owner and her employees are all very kind and give great service. I look forward to coming back and trying more from their menu.

My new favorite Thai place to eat! Ever since Thai Noodle and Rice on Fitzhugh Ave in Dallas closed I have been looking. I found it! My friend and I both had noodle dishes and they were fantastic . The herbs were present and stood out. This is an informal place located inside of a food court with multiple businesses surrounding it. I highly recommend this place.

This place is located inside the Ben Thanh Plaza Food Court. We ordered the Thai Papaya Salad, Lo Mein w/ Seafood, and Pad See Ew w/ Chicken. The food was pretty good. The ladies working there are nice.

This is great!Khun Ae (Mrs. Ae) is the nicest restauranteur ever. She brings the Land of Smiles to Arlington and that brings my family back for more. Everyone in fact was gracious and welcoming. The food is excellent, authentic, and made to order with your own level of heat ( 0-5 ).We ordered:1. Pad kee mao gai (drunken noodle chicken) 2. Larb bua (sliced beef salad) 3. Khao pad goong (fried rice shrimp) 4. Som tam Laos (Laos style papaya salad) 5. Boat noodles with beef What's also really cool about the drunken noodles and fried rice is that they fry in either lard or rendered bacon fat! It's an amazing addition of complexity to the already plentiful spices. My kids were shoveling it into their faces! The boat noodles were excellent and reminded me of the roadside... actually in-the-road beef noodle cart in Chiang Mai. It was nice to have culinary call-back -- but with a considerably cleaner venue and air conditioning! I even ordered a set to take home. The beef salad ("larb") is thin sliced beef (including some organs) boiled then mixed with various spices -- mint, cilantro, long pepper, culantro. It's an excellent experience to sit with some sticky rice and fix your own lettuce wraps!I didn't touch the papaya salad, but my wife reported it was worth coming back for. No complaints from me about this food. The only drawback is that the chair in the food court doesn't have plastic caps on the metal legs of the chairs -- so there's a fair amount of screeching from the tile floor and feet of the chairs.

Pros:- For the panang curry, the spice level is up to 5. I asked for 4 and it came out the way I like it. - the service is was good. They will provide you togo boxes if you don't finish your food.- my friend got pad thai and it came out freshly cooked. It tastes pretty good considering the location of this place. - I really like the lao sausages, goes well with rice! Cons:- the rice for my curry was unfortunately undercooked. I'm hoping it was just a bad batch.- food court style, so may have limited seats during busy hours.

Food was extremely good, specifically, the yellow curry rice. Out of anything, service was amazing! Not only were the workers kind and hardworking, but they gave us very good service. They gave us necessary utensils, napkins, and a large water container to pour directly into our drinking cups. I would 1000% frequent much more often.

Delicious authentic Laos and Thai food. I come here all the time with my boyfriend. I always get the Thai Boat Noodles, Laos style papaya salad. The owner is very nice and gives a good portion.I hope you decide to try everything on the menu, you won't regret it :)

This restaurant has me down. I ordered beef salad with rice, but they charged me $29 while Menu showed only $13. I tried to ask the owner about the price, but she told me beef salad $18 and rice $3. Total every food around $25. The food tastes so bad now. The owner is lied to me. I'm really disappointed about this owner because I knew her and she was lied to me. I never come back to her restaurant again. I recommend that if you want to try this restaurant, make sure you ask the price before you pay.

HAVE SOME CASH * Food was great it definitely compensated for the prices. The service was good. The lady that took my order was very kind. Everything was great flavor wise. I absolutely LOVE the texture of the papaya salad. The flavor and the spice levels were really accurate. The chicken pad see eew really took me by surprise, I thought with how light it was that it wasn't gonna par with the flavors I'm used to at other restaurants. The sausage was awesome. I'm a crispy Lao sausage kinda girl... it wasn't crispy enough (for me) But it didn't even matter that's how good everything was.
