Did hunger strike?
You looking for a date night spot?
Or somewhere to take a family member in town?

Lazy Dog has been an Arlington staple and #1 pick by locals for its fine dining at affordable costs. The atmosphere is truly unique and leaves a lasting impression. Your meals will be prepared with priority and your servers are only as tentative as you need them; you won’t wait but a moment for anything you need and you’ll be left to eat your food and share your memories in peace.

It’s truly a unique experience.
Set your expectations high when you arrive, and they’ll be met by this establishment.

Great food and service. Like most places these days, music is to loud which makes everyone around you talk louder to be heard which makes it hard to carry on a conversation.

Came in on a Sunday at 5:30pm with no notice and was sat almost immediately for a table of 17! The food was hot and delicious and the wait staff was super kind, astute and knowledgeable on the menu!

This day and age excellent customer service is extremely difficult to come by, however, this restaurant did it! I called 15 mins before closing and place a take out order all which was messed up. The manager came and spoke to me, she was very professional, understanding, and apologetic, and the kitchen staff was very understanding even tho I’m sure they were ready to leave. No matter how my order was messed up the staff did a spectacular job at making it right! The food was exceptional! I definitely recommend the BBQ Bison Meatloaf! Thank you for the experience and accommodating us! We’ll definitely dine-in next time.

Good service, clean and sanitary, but kind of over-fancified, and the food sucks. The bar design makes me think of Charlie Brown or Kramer wearing a tuxedo to dinner at Chili's, and the serving size is ridiculous compared to the cost. $22 kung pao shrimp serving is 1/2 the size and 1/2 as good as what I get from the local Chinese food delivery place for $13.50.

Love Lazy Dog but they remove items from the menu often. This visit we were told they no longer have the mini corn dogs. They also removed my wife's favorite salad a few visits ago. We are pretty much at a point we'll be going elsewhere. Service has always been good but the menu is highly important.

We were out here from Houston and tried this spot for the first time. We loved it! No complaints at all and everything was perfect. Big portions for reasonable prices and even my picky eaters liked it! We had a bad experience at a different restaurant the day before and the lazy dog made up for that and more. Now I need one to open up back home. Thank you lazy dog!

We finally checked out Lazy Dog, and the atmosphere was amazing — super cozy, welcoming, and definitely not what we expected (we always thought it was a hot dog spot based on the name 😂). Fun surprise: there’s not a single hot dog on the menu!

They gave us a complimentary appetizer for it being our first visit, which was such a nice gesture. They also included a coupon for a future visit — love when places show appreciation like that. 🙌🏾

We tried their parmesan garlic house-made chips as the free app. Great presentation, but a little heavy for us since we deal with acid reflux. Still, it’s something I’d recommend for folks who can handle garlic.

We also had the fried deviled eggs — creative idea, but the flavor didn’t come through. The batter and yolk were bland, and most of the taste came from the honey mustard drizzle and bacon. A simple salt & pepper boost would go a long way.

Same with the fried wings — they were perfectly cooked (tender and juicy), but lacked seasoning. Once dipped in their sauces, though? 🔥 So good. I’d just love to see the wings seasoned a bit more to stand on their own.

🍽️ Dinner was a completely different story — SO flavorful.
I had the meatloaf, and my husband had the Korean BBQ bowl — both were delicious and full of flavor. If we go back, it’ll definitely be for dinner (and to try dessert next time!).

Overall, Lazy Dog left a good impression, and we’ll definitely return. Just skip the apps if you’re looking for bold flavor and go straight for the entrees!

Our server was Erin and she was absolutely phenomenal. So kind and thoughtful. Their menu is awesome it’s so hard to pick what to have. The burger tastes like a burger at a cookout which I LOVE. Their fries are crispy and delicious. The lemon chicken and mashed cauliflower was so good flavorful and the cauliflower was smooth and delicious. And the spicy tuna crispy rice was definitely my personal favorite. I highly recommend and thank you so much Erin!!
