Fish & shrimp last 2 orders were VERY salty. Have been very happy last 3 years, So I went back after the 1st, It was worst the 2nd time. No more. I rarely go in, drive thru 9 times out of 10 or less if possible.

I went to Lisa chicken on w pioneer behind krogers this was one of my worst experiences. They over charged. Charged me for some one else’s food 23.77 and when I realized and told them. They charged my card. I jokingly said to guy at window now I can’t get a drink. He offered me a complimentary drink. This Guy who the young man said was manager said no she pay . The young man was so embarrassed he told me he said no . I went Inside . Just to talk about the overcharge and the Asia or Chinese Manager Said I Don’t Care. Get Out . The place was packed. I was embarrassed and humiliated by his actions. The way he was screaming and yelling. Wow. I want say to this manager shame on you shame on Lisa’s Chicken. I know you guys only take from our community you have no respect for brown people even in your hiring . I happened to speak with one of the workers at another location that says they avoid him at all costs. That he is mean-spirited. I haven’t received an apology from Lisa’s office corporate regarding this incident. Be aware . Of this location w pioneer behind Krogers . Find your chicken somewhere else. Pay Attention.
