The food is great, price is very good.. only thing i can say for the food is if they would season it just a bit, the coating for the chicken if not seasoned before they fry it out when right it is the fryer it tastes somewhat bland... There are a lot of young people working there. They are at times rude or don't acknowledge(ignore,) you when you go in to pick up food. The excess stacks of sodas are in the all but non-existent dining room. If you eat in, so the take out order ppl in line are practically standing over you while you eat. This place is perfect for ordering ahead for pick up. Just be sure to check that everything is in your order and check your receipt.... Still think it's a great place, just they are kind and talkative to other young ppl that go in but no one Else...

I ordered 6 piece wings that cost me 7 dollars went back to work and they are the smallest over cooked wings with no meat I called and took pictures the young man called me back and told me whenever I come back to bring the food with me poor customer service I’m not gonna ride around all day for work and keep dried up wings in my car for a couple days til I can go back so he said there is nothing he can do me and my family purchase family meals quite often here and spend alot of money at this business but no longer will I be a customer of them anymore poor customer service and I work in the service industry and I would never treat my customers like that they obviously don’t care about thier customers or how we are treated at all especially to take the time to call me back from caller Id and telling me to Make sure I bring thier dried up over fried wings back with me smh do better I took pictures that should have been enough

Asked for ketchup, was asked it was in the bag with the order as well as the other sauces. There wasn't, went in and they said "it's in the bag". Checked again thoroughly and nothing. Went in once again, asked and was told... "Oh, we we forgot to put the sauces in your order"
Chicken pieces so thick, could hardly bite into it. Chicken pink inside several pieces. Also was given a large number of simply hard batter pieces and NO chicken inside.

This place SUCKS. Worse than Prison food .. workers SUCK.Food is overcooked and dried out. Mash potatoes are like drinking water. Mac and cheese is so bland. Catfish is so overcooked that there is nothing left but a dried out shell.
