Second time I come to this location, Spanish lady taking orders in the front claims they stopped giving out crushed pepper a long time ago, I asked her when because that's a lie, she said she doesn't know! Pizza was luke warm and dry! Barely any sauce on it! Next time I go up there I'm going to have to make sure they make it fresh, like monitoring little kids!

Although this location is normally busy, then are quick to service you, and always have pizzas. Hot and ready when you need to pick up food to share with a group. I like the fact that I’m in and out in less than 5 mins. Sometimes they have music playing and get my mood up.

Horrible place with rude people that can't understand plain English. What they call pizza was a dry overcooked piece of bread with very little toppings and no sauce. Wasn't worth the money. They won't remake or refund money. Had to give a star to post.

Girl at the counter couldn't under stand English. Order lunch combo received and medium pizza. She finally understood what I order. When asked about the price she said they cost the same, than just walked away. I guess It was to much trouble to fix it. Just lie to the customer is easier!!!

I’m trying to place a call in order. The guy laughing and music playing loud he barley hear me but got the nerve to constantly say hello and but and nother employee on the phone and told him my order and he still didn’t hear me as well. So I asked to speak with somebody else or can he understand English & the guy hung up the phone. Do anybody love customer service round here besides the money yall really gotta get it together we feeding our families with this stuff and yall. Attitudes be nasty ash !!

Workers didn’t even speak English & acted like they couldn’t make a simple pepperoni pizza.. she kept Trying to insist I get Italian cheese & when I asked how long for a pepperoni to be made she just kept saying idk, We don’t have

They gave me uncooked crazy bread and it was the only thing I ordered. They told me it would take 5 minutes for fresh bread and after 8 minutes they still had no bread for me. When I asked for a refund the manager that claims he didn’t speak English told another employee “No refunds!”. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. I told him I just wanted cooked bread or my money back and he walked off imitating me and ignoring me. Poor management and from reading the other comments… it seems they are known for sending out uncooked food with poor management!
