Little Caesars Pizza

Staff took a phone order while I was standing right in front of him to be waited on. He should have put the phone call on hold instead of making me stand and wait.

I phoned in my order so I wouldn't have to wait. Not only was my order not ready it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered cheese bread and pizza off of the hot & ready menu. They made stuffed cheese sticks instead.

They advertise hot and ready cheese bread but don't EVER have it available and try to make you accept stuffed cheese sticks instead. They told me they don't offer it at their store because it isn't cost effective because they have to throw it out after one half hour. I told them to take it off the hot & ready menu if it wasn't being offered. He told me that was corporate and he couldn't change that.

So I ended up waiting for them to correct my order and they couldn't even do that right. They made cheese bread with bacon and had to redo it without the bacon. Making me wait even longer for a phone in order that should have ready and correct.

Never had a problem until recently so I guess the store has changed hands for the worst. Not planning to visit the Bowen Road store EVER again.

Normally I truly enjoy and appreciate a quick meal from Little Ceasars. Tonight was definitely not that experience. A simple order of wings and crazy bread and yet I ended up with burnt wings drowned in sauce to cover up the wings and super old tasting and cold crazy bread. Very disappointed

Service is great, I ordered online, only to find out you can't add other toppings for promotional items. I did it out side the store so I figured I would just walk in and add the one other topping. It's not that easy. They made it happen. But I made it harder then it should have been. Next time I'll just go in.

I don’t know if this location has new owners and staff or what, but this is the second time that I’ve ordered a supreme pizza over the phone and ended up with pepperoni instead. Although I was only charged for a pepperoni, it was cold and who I assume was the manager, wanted me to bring it back in order to replace it, after the fact that it had already been opened.

Manager at the store have a rude attitude giving me the eye when picking up pizza.

I went into Little Ceasers on Bowen Rd. to purchase dinner. I noticed a gentleman sitting in his car outside the store. That gentleman went inside, into the back & immediately placed breadsticks in the oven, then proceeded to make a pizza. He never washed his hands! When he came back to the front of the store, I pulled him to the side and said "hey I noticed you walked in and immediately started working but never washed your hands" he then very loudly said no I didnt but I used hand sanitizer did you see that? I said I meant no disrespect, just letting him know he should set an example since he seemed to be the owner. He didn't have anything further to say, walked back, and started working on something else.

The owner is disgusting and forces employees to use hand sanitizer instead of washing hands.. after seeing this first hand and asking owner about it, he very rudely says he's just following the rules. But hand sanitizer doesn't take care of fecal matter.. if yall get sick at this location now you know why.

I have been going to this little caesars for years now and have NEVER had an issue. Until recently. It has to be under new management or something because the quality took a massive dip! My order was wrong and unfortunately did not discover this until I got home. Also before I use to buy the crazy sauce and the containers were always filled to the top! This last time I went they were filled half way. I thought it was a mistake because I did ask the young lady to exchange them assuming the one's she brought back would be filled to the top but No. All of them were filled half way. I looked at her and said are you serious??? She responded with "YES". Then pointed at the stack behind her and said they are all the same. I replied with "if you're going to fill them halfway then you should charge half price for them" she just looked at me and shrugged. Some what annoyed but left after that. I should've known that first issue was a red flag to the rest of my order.... the rest was complete garbage. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.

I don’t know what happened but I guess they got a new staff and the pizza I got just wasn’t cooked all the way. The cheese was barely melted and just wasn’t great. I know it’s little ceasers but I’ve had much better quality from this place. Definitely not going to return
