Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered “ultimate cheesesteak pizza” but there is only few little pieces meat in it. Not even one piece of each slice..

Very bad service at all. The lady who is working there is very rude. My wife made an order online and I showed the lady the receipt and the order but she said it was not there and she ignored me even I tried to explain everything was correct. Later on she found the order on the system and even she didn’t apologise. She screamed at me and ignored me. The pizza was not good and I have noticed that they are making a pizza without wearing gloves. She put all stuff on the pizza with dirty hands. Never came back again.

I ordered a delivery order September 7th or 8th my order was correct but my food was cold the driver was late and it kept changing the ETA I spent about 22 bucks and so I called support to get a refund they said ok we will give you partial refund wait 10 days so I waited didnt get no refund so i call them back they said wait 3 days I waited still no refund I called again but this time I wanted to talk to a supervisor she had to call me back and wn she did she applied that I wait 3 days and said that I can get the whole refund for being so patient so I waited again and until this day I still haven't received any refund. I will never or for a long time order from little caesar's

They messed up my order and immediately called me back and gave me the correct order and allowed me to keep the other pizza as well. Friendly staff and well run. Best location locally for LC

the owner or manager was yelling at the workers, while customers were in the store. very uncomfortable not only for the associates but customers aswell. they were so stressed and by looks on their faces they were used to this type of behavior from him. honestly this type of treat . the fact that they hire the mentally Handi-capable people.but this treatment is not worth me saving a few bucks..

I pre ordered a day before pizza for my kids summer camp , and they did not have the doors open at 11:00 , and my pizzas weren’t even started . When I got here he said it would take “30 more minutes “ because the machine is heating up I then asked , for big orders do you all not come in early to make sure those are done but the time slot that was provided on your website ? . He said “ no we open and do everything starting at 11” so unprofessional. I would rather have went to the little Cesar’s 5 more minutes away instead of this one .

Place an order over the phone for pick up. Was told it'll be 20 minutes by a gentleman who spoke English. I get there and there's a woman standing in the back on her phone after waiting a few minutes in the lobby. I called for her attention, but she only spoke Spanish. She made a call, to who I assume was the worker who I spoke with over the phone, to come back. 15 minutes later, there are other customers pulling in and walking out because no one can place a order since the woman was of no help. People either went next door or went to sonic across the street. I just left entirely. A complete waste of my lunch break.

I've always loved this location. And I still do. The pretzel crust is back, but I'm a little disappointed. Maybe it was just a off-day for the staff, but it was almost impossible to eat. Seems they got a lil carried away with the salt along the outer crust, or maybe just a bit heavy handed... 🤢

This is still my go-to location. But yikes!
