This location is really ridiculous after a certain hour due to I ordered online and gave them 30 minutes before I arrived and to get there and it wasn't ready and had to wait another 10-15 minutes and then get home to have the wrong pizza when on the stickers it clearly says what the customer ordered. So I called and no one answered the phone so I had to get my children back out of the house this late to bring it back and for me to still have to wait almost 10 minutes for a simple pepperoni.

This Little Caesars location is the best! After years of going to a different location and having problem after problem I began coming to this location even though it's further away. I placed an order on "pi-day" and when I arrived my order was ready but my husband had decided to add an additional dish so it was going to be a little longer. I watched as people came in and out. I must say as busy as it was the girls stayed working quickly and greeted every customer as they arrived and even though it was crazy busy they were friendly and courteous to everyone. Sofía was primarily on the front greeting customers and taking payments in orders apologize to me a couple times for me having to wait but it was to no fault of hers as my husband added something at the last minute. I appreciated the thought nonetheless. That goes to show what good character she has as she acknowledged each individual customer in between to let them know she knows they're there and they're being taken care of. I think the staff did a wonderful job that day-yesterday. And Sophia's excellent customer service skills really stood out. I came back again today as the kids wanted pizza again LOL and she was there so I was able to get her name. So shout out to Sophia and the Cooper Street Little Caesars they're the best!Kid-friendliness: I was talking about how my daughter was sad for a quick minute and Sophia asked me how old my daughter was as she handed me a couple little bags of Little Caesars cookies to give her. Totally surprised her. So thoughtful

I ordered a veggie pizza, the lady who took my order said they didn't have that on the menu so I had to go through each vegetable on the pizza that normally a veggie pizza has. The exclusion to my order was that I wanted pepperoni as well on my pizza. When I got home the vegetables were undercooked and on top of the pepperoni, leading us to notice that they simply gave us a pepperoni pizza and they threw vegetables on top. That's why they vegetables were undercooked. The customer service, was poor, and food provided sucked. Leading to my pregnant wife not being able to enjoy her food. The name on my order was Daniel, however the lady spelled it as "Denial." Called the location, however there was no manager on duty; I left a message to the manager.

Terrible customer service the manager is so unprofessional i called to order my pizza and i was told by Nadia they can not customize a pizza for me because they already have them made she was very very rude when i asked to speak to the manager she stated it was her and hung up the phone on me i called another little Caesars they were able to help me right away

Me and my husband enjoyed ourselves at this location. Pizzas were hot and fresh ??. They didn't have a Canadian bacon and bacon pizza made at the time but the employee made me one and brought it to my table. Thank you ❤️❤️
