I Walked into this place with a water bottle and orange juice I purchased from my job they seen me walk in with it & still try to charge me for both. (They don’t even have the same brand drinks) As I proceeded to tell them it’s mine the owners gave me attitude and even went to check their inventory. Like wowNever coming back here.
This review would actually be 5/5 if they hadn't been deceitful. I can't stand a business that has deceitful practices or lies to a customer- no matter how good the actual product is. Their donuts and sausage rolls are absolutely delicious, I will not take that away from them. However, on my most recent visit I made a large order and when the lady was getting read to ring me up she threw in something for "free". I thanked her for being so kind, then she rang me up and told me my total. I paid it, and she took the receipt and tossed it. She never did hand it to me. I took a pause in my head and realised the total sounded higher than it should have been so I asked for my receipt. She starts fumbling around and looking at the trash can and said she didn't know how to reprint it. No other customer had come behind me yet, she could have retrieved tha receipt right from the top. Anyway she proceeds to ring the items up again while I checked my bank app for the actual amount charged. As she rings it up I notice she adds the "free" item to the charge and I reminded her that she stated she was giving me that for free. She then takes it off and hands me the new receipt. Lo and behold the charge to my card was indeed higher than it should have been because she charged me for the so called "free" item. I just left with my stuff- it wasn't worth the back and forth because it was something cheap that I actually like. However I will NOT be giving them my business again because I refuse to deal with deceitful dishonest businesses.
