One of my favorite spring roll places, pho and the warrior is awesome. Also very good boba place that will customize to your taste. I keep telling the owner he needs to franchise this place because he’s quality and customer service is exceptional! This place has made it through inflation and covid shortages and just seemed to get better over time.

Vermicelli noodle bowl was pretty good. Note : they charged .50 cents for 2 to-go container ( which isn’t bad ) but just wanted you to be aware !

Salty, lack flavor and didn't taste like bone broth but more like packet flavorings. Probably worst Pho we had. The beef tastes old, not fresh.But if you don't know pho, you'll be fine. You'll think it's good.
Crab wanton is great i really like it. I didn't really like the other food i ordered. Their service is great. The atmosphere is also great. Its a little pricey compared to the other places I've been to.

Oh my heart and stars! By far the best Pho I have ever had here in the DFW area. Service is impeccable, food is ah-freakin-mazing, and the place is so clean. I am a restaurant manager with high standards and expectations, Lotus Cafe is the real deal!

THE VIBE: casual mom & pop shop. Pretty spacious. ? PRICE: ~$30 ? WOULD I COME BACK? No. •••• Overall Rating: 7.5/10 - I love trying new Vietnamese places and this was one of them! I believe it was a Vietnamese Chinese type of fusion based off of both of the items being offered. - I will say the sesame chicken was pretty juicy but not as spicy as I hoped. It’s off a scale of 3 and I got a 2 but I could’ve gotten a 3 tbh. The flavor was good but the vibrant red color threw me off. It was a pretty good dish overall tho I ate majority of it. - I thought my mom’s pho tasted pretty good but it she said it lacked flavor so to each their own. It wasn’t bad at all! - I took off most points bc of the ambiance. I didn’t like how the owner kept shouting at this high school employees to do this and that. It made them feel awkward and I could clearly see our server just being super awkward and not himself bc of it. He even told the server to tell us to move from big table to the small table just in case a party of 6+ comes in like I highly doubt that because they were literally about to close lol and there was plenty of open tables. It was just such an awkward experience and I wouldn’t be surprised if these employees quit soon.
