There were 4 in our party. We had arranged thru Open Table for a reservation. Unbelievable traffic caused us to be concerned about arriving late for our reservation time. I called the restaurant and voiced my concern and they assured me the would hold our reservation in place. When we arrived (actually on time) the restaurant personnel were most gracious, leading us to our table. The wait staff was exceptional, the food outstanding, and the atmosphere very comfortable. Highly recommend Mac's Bar and Grill. We certainly will return!!

Great meeting place for dinner! Noise was not overpowering and the menu and food was outstanding. Waiter needed help with wine cork, but she was still learning. One of our favorite places!

Food is always great. We love their salad, gumbo, all appetizers and we’ve enjoyed all main courses we’ve had. Needs more ambience, but the food is worth coming back for.
15 minute wait for water. Had to ask multiple times for salad and bread, no water refills, had to go to the bar to get limes for our drinks which we had to order twice because she forgot the first time. For a $300 evening I would expect a waitress that made the effort. Food was fine, but the experience was soured by extremely poor service.

We have dined at Mac's for many years and always think of it as one of our favorite places to eat. We are there for New Year's Eve last night and the experience was very lacking. The food was just so-so and it was so loud you could hear unless you yelled. Very disappointing.

The owner put her fingers in my husbands face while he was eating and was SCREAMING AT US telling us how wrong we are and the Customer is aways wrong She was so mean I never heard that saying Before NOBODY GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!! VARY BAD I WILL NEVER WALK IN THERE AGAIN THE WAY WE GOT TREATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
