Drinks are okay. Service is poor. They don’t greet you when you enter. They don’t suggest or offer any tips on menu. Zero interaction. Why work here if you can’t deal with paying customers? I won’t call out the staff by specifics because they’re young, but definitely won’t return

Lovely place, I had their guava shake with added bobba, and it was amazing! Great seating options for a comfortable time to chat with my friend. Also, they didn't fuss about having a service dog with me. They even asked if I would like a pupcup for him. Yes, he is very small, but some places even fuss about small service dogs.
I got the Tiger Oat milk tea with boba and I asked for less sweet, but it tasted really sweet. I don't know if they forgot or what but I can't imagine ordering a drinking full sweet there. The taste is okay, but I probably wouldn't get it again.

The service was awesome, the staff was so helpful and hospitable. I tried the Honey iced latte, it was so delicious, also tried the cereal milk ice cream macaroon and it was very good!

Have to average it out because it's like a 3 star shop. slightly above average... it's good tea but they don't give enough boba at all unless you pay. and charge you for any substitutions.

Hmm...first time visiting this establishment. We arrived at 8:50 PM on Tuesday. We ordered two milk tea with bubbles. We were told they only had enough bubbles for one, so we changed the second order. We were told they don't have any supplies because it is getting close to closing time, 10:00 PM, and it takes an hour to make more. At the end, the drink with bubbles had exactly SIX bubbles! I asked for some type of discount but was told when we come back next time, just ask for the manager to get a discount. Hmmm...I don't think!

Their smoothies are off the chart good and the Voodoo chicken will set you on fire because they are so delicious! It's a great place with a very friendly staff. They make you feel right at home. I am looking forward to my next visit.
