Good enough for the prices, most of the toppings are relevant to the subway and the dough is covered in plastic and obviously not fresh! But I can't complain about the price they offer.I had ordered a small rotisserie chicken club small pizza and it was like a good snack for two.

I ordered on the Subway app and used a promo code because the app said this particular subway accepted it. I ordered, pay, and then drive to the location. As soon as I drive up I check on my order on the app and it says it has been canceled. I go in and ask them why and it's because they don't accept coupons or promo codes. Um, then tell me why the app has their store as one that participates in the promo coupons. We got our money back but this is not the first time this particular store has done this. It first happened right after COVID, so I figured they were just trying to stay away from handling coupons. But it's been 3 years and they still don't accept coupons. I will never order from this establishment again.

The first time I tried Mama Delucas pizza on a Friday night it was outstanding. The Toppings were fresh, a medium supreme, was priced just right and the drive thru service was pretty quick. The next time, not so good. I ordered the same thing, my favorite pizza, a medium supreme. I received a pizza, but it was a one topping hamburger. It was not what ordered, but since I was hungry, I ate it. Today, after a long day, and heavy Monday evening Arlington traffic, I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before finally ordering a medium supreme with extra meat and cheese and a large sprite with no ice. I also asked the order taker if she could make it crustless. (Keto friendly). She said that she would try but I also assured her if she could not, then no problem. After waiting another 15 minutes I received my order and drove away. I accept responsibility for not checking the box before leaving but was extremely disappointed upon arriving home to have received a dry old looking pepperoni pizza that was cold and obviously not even freshly made. I live half an hour way so did not want to fight traffic again and as the pizza was inedible, I had to contact Pizza Hut and pay again for our dinner tonight. A Loss of money time and would not recommend Mama's.

the young man acted all put out because I was inconveniencing him by ordering food. Stuck the thing at me to insert my card and was very rude, said something very flippant in a sarcastic tone to me. and I said I'm sorry to bother you by ordering food from your restaurant. . He slammed the window shut like a ridiculous spoiled brat!! And I drove away!! this was a man who was maskless in his mid 20's to thirties aged man. We went next door to Wendy;s and got great service with a total smile!! great food too! do yourself a favor, skip this restaurant. .

The service is terrible. The girl who claimed to be the assistant manager should not be in the service industry. She was very rude and loud and hateful. She ran off a customer and I’ll never return as long as she’s working there. I will be contacting the manager.

We have always had a good experience at this Subway, and it has been convenient for us in the past for location. All Subways provide essentially the same menu, so nothing special there.
