We placed an order for 3 20” pizzas expensive to say the least. And when we got him to eat them one pizza was still raw. Called and complained about the pizza the manager on duty said he would make a note of it for us to get a free one next time. Well i called to cash in that free pizza today and the manager said he was the one on duty that day and he does not see in his notes anything for that day. horrible customer service from the 3 females that work at the register. not once but 3 times! If you want mamas pizza GO TO NRH LOCATION!! SUCH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND FOOD! ***ARLINGTON LOCATION IS TRASH& SO ARE EMPLOYEES****
First time into a Mama's Pizza Stopped at the Berry Street location. Usually I can finish a 16" pizza on my own in one sitting, but this one was so loaded with cheese and pepperoni It took me 2 days and a couple of naps to get through it. Best pizza I ever had!!!! will be back to try out the rest of the menu.
