This place is nice and the staff are very friendly. I can no longer visit here because the parking lot and sidewalk are in such poor condition.- having to dodge broken glass in the parking lot to find a place to park. There is literal garbage on the sidewalks, and I have never once seen a person cleaning or maintaining.

Convenient location easy off/on i-20 with lots of shopping nearby. Nice spot to grab some fresh healthy drinks for some energy or an immune boost. I got the 6 drink flight with a variety of flavors. (Dine in only) If you like ginger, go for the Manna 7 cold pressed juice. My favorites were the Beats Mode and Cucumber Cooler. You can taste the freshness!! They also have a cooler of juices ready to grab and go for your convenience. If you want to enjoy a comfy chair they also have a few sitting areas. Customer service was good and she explained the items well when I told her about my allergies. Will return to try different combinations soon!

This place is not consistent. Great products but they run out and are not consistent on being able to fill orders. It’s best to have another juice bar because 9 times out of ten, if you order they will be calling telling you what they don’t have. So sad that a nice company doesn’t understand or maybe can sustain supply and demand.

At around 10 am January first of the year Me , my cousin, and my husband came in to possibly get an açaí bowl and while I used the restroom they were talking and looking at the menu and a lady came out and quite literally yelled at them that it is a “private business” and to “not be laughing in here” and that it’s not a “public bathroom” so we all left, the customer service is terrible. Giving us disrespectful looks making us feel so unwelcome, it’s the first day of the year why so bitter??

I have no doubt I was seen , I’m so frustrated with people in this line of work who don’t understand the importance of customer service and being kind . I was already having a very difficult day. Weird experience. Woman taking my order not only messed up my order. She charged me for toppings I never got. What’s worse in the middle of making my order she does a cash transaction WITH gloves on. Gives dirty change then proceeds to the topping bin with the same dirty gloves puts on my toppings, lid with dirty gloves then hands me a spoon with the dirty gloves. As I see her head to the topping bin I tell her it is a food safety hazard to touch money with glove’s then food! She did not care. What an awful experience!!!!

Nice place, cashier was dry and boring. I ordered a green smoothie after asking for recommendations and she acting as if she don’t drink it she just works there. The smoothie was bland and I didn’t drink it. It seems to have potential but the workers need to be trained on how to properly prepare the items. Also so customer service training won’t hurt. Probably won’t try again. Smoothie king it is.

Prepare to inhale bleach as you walk in… I love a clean place but the strong smell of bleach was off putting. I ordered an açaí bowl (Manna from Heaven) and I asked for a ginger shot. The young lady rudely pointed at the fridge and told me the shots are over there. They’re not labeled clearly and I asked her if she could confirm the one I got was ginger. She said yes. I proceeded to pay. Tipped her 15% even tho she was kinda rude already. As I sat to wait for my bowl I opened my supposed ginger shot. As I’m drinking it I realize is not a ginger shot it’s an apple cider vinegar shot. I informed this to her and she shrug her shoulders and said most of them contain ginger… all this as she’s flirting with a gentleman that walked in behind me.the Açaí bowl is way small and overpriced, blende with other fruit or juices. I will not be coming back, but if you like bleach smell I’m a plain bare setting and rude service by all means!

This was my first time here and it was ok. I love acai bowls and when I saw they had them I ordered one. It was ok, the acai base wasn’t blended all the way so there was chunks of frozen acai in my fruit bowl.
