The ice cream was very creamy and full of flavor. The price was reasonable. There are no tables, just benches. Owners were friendly and accommodating.

There are many flavors of ice cream to try , and also birthday- ice cream cake, it was good, the staff were friendly and was extra cautious to pack the cake well, also confirmed how long it would take for us to reach destination so to add ice packs to store the cake properly in the carry bag.

TERRIBLE. Don't know if this is part of the chain (doesn't seem like it) or a privately owned franchise, but worst Marble Slab I've ever been to. I think I could get better quality ice cream at the dollar store, and the spoon they gave me was so thin and rubbery that I could barely eat the ice cream with it. If you like REAL ice cream do not go to this place. I've had Marble Slab Creamery many times before, and this ain't it!

Here goes my honest review.1st of all this isn’t a cheap place like braums so don’t expect to pay $3.2nd like many other restaurants they are short staffed since nobody wants to be putting up with annoying people now in days3rd The ice cream does have good flavor depending on what you get and what you mix it with. Personally i wasn’t a fan of the strawberry ice cream but the birthday cake is on point! 100% but thats just me4th The owner is actually a decent nice guy if you talk to him. Sometimes he has to manage the whole place by himself because the teenagers call out on the weekends.

Rude customer service I walked in and stood there waiting for the Asian girl to get off her phone. I bought a regular size ice cream and this girl put 1/4 of a graham cracker for the topping. I go to the other marbles and they're not stingy like this girl here. I asked for Hershey's chocolate syrup and she said we don't have Hershey's but they had the off brand and didn't offer it. Very rude and the ice cream was very melted. Look at my pics. I'll never be back to this stingy rude location.
