$11 dollars in tip and delivery fees and I get a cold pizza almost an hour late from the promised delivery time. (1.5 hours after order time). I have to reheat pizza and side myself, delivery driver says nothing. If you do order from here, go and pick up the order youself, skip the delivery. What a waste.

I am rather surprised at some of the negative reviews . Maybe delivery is different but we are on our 3 rd delivery now and the pizza is hot and so good. The pepperoni pizza has 2 different pepperoni which work out well for the picky people. The meat pizza is great and the pizza crust is one of the best. Keep on doing what you're doing!
I would order from Marco’s frequently but my order would always be wrong or they would forget my drinks. I tried to give them another chance last night and called to place an order since the website said they were closed. Come to find out, they were really closing at 8:30pm on a Saturday night, which makes no sense. But I will not be ordering Marco’s from this location ever again.

Kids behind the register were clearly high. Made my 13 year old feel very uncomfortable as she went in to grab the pizza. Checked my daughter’s receipt to “verify” the order she JUST paid for was hers… forgot to cut my pizza and ranch cup. Definitely won’t be

Is it possible to score a zero? Nothing like ordering online only to go pick up the pizza and the door is locked with a handwritten note (poor penmanship) saying do not come in. Those who have ordered online and paid call this number.. which just keeps ringing and ringing. It's so awesome I was dumb enough to think a business would have people that did their job but apparently that's all the rage these days. I'm out $30 but it's not like I expect that money back because that would mean PEOPLE WOULD HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB!
