I ordered bacon on my pizza and it smells RANCID, even tho it is cooked. I cannot eat it as I am 10000% sure that it’s expired meat that was cooked. Cold wings that are sitting in a lake of sauce. My regular pepperoni pizza is swimming in grease. $30 down the drain for crappy and inedible food.

Went in today to pick up a pizza and was greeted warmly by Micah. I needed that today and he was a total sweetheart. I will now come to this location just because of him.

Had high hopes. Ordered half all meat, half all cheese, light sauce. I don't know if they thought it was funny, but I got extra sauce and the pizza was half cut. Had to tear it apart. At least the guy at the counter was nice.

If I could give this place 0 I would. Ordered a few pizzas and it said it would be ready within 20min. I show up 20min after my scheduled pickup time only to find out that they haven’t even SEEN the order. These kids claim to be short staffed but when I came in they were talking and cutting up.
No one was checking online orders. My family and I have been coming to this location for YEARS. We will never be coming back. This is insane.
It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund I was promised. I want my money back.

I was very disappointed today I usually or once a week from here since I transferred close by. Always good but I decided to add the buffalo chicken pizzoli and I cut in half to share well it had no buffalo sauce. So I called to ask if it was suppose to have sauce inside of it because there was none and the lady (area manager) stated she personally made it for training purposes and said it was in there I have a picture of the pizzoli and it does not have it unless it turns white when it cooks. There were 2 of them( maybe they gave me the wrong one)and she did not offer to remake it just to bring in and she would refund the money. I'm on a lunch break for me to come back to show her and just get my money back I will let the 5.99 go. I would have been happy with an apology but oh well I guess I will order elsewhere.

I love the food from here and even have a little diner to eat. They will also make things should something go wrong. The staff is nice and easy to talk too.

As a woman raised to respect all people and to never judge anyone by the color of their skin, what I witnessed this past week in your restaurant left me ashamed. While I was sitting in the lobby, I overheard the manager casually and openly use the N-word with a hard R. There was an African American DoorDash driver nearby who clearly heard it too. The look on his face was full of pain and disbelief. I felt immediate secondhand embarrassment and deep discomfort. This is 2025. How is this still happening? I will be telling everyone I know not to support this place. My family and I will never step foot in that building again. I want to believe that we as Americans are better than this. That we’ve grown. But moments like this show why we still have so much work to do—and why silence is not an option.
