My sister and I were looking for the best place to go to get the best Bloody Mary in Texas. We didn’t care how far we had to drive. We came from Florida to see the Chris Stapleton concert and were new in town. So we looked on google for the nearest bar that was open at 10:00 am. Guess what popped up???? MARIE REDS BAR!!
Let me tell you, CANDI held up to her name in the reviews that we read! The best bartender in town!
I have to say, when we, little uptown girls, pulled up at this little off the grid bar, we were a little put off, but when we went in…. Candi made us feel so welcomed and was so friendly as were her other guests. She was SHOCKED to hear we found her on Google! Which made it more exciting! We quickly hit it off! As other guests came in, Becky and Ashley, (in the photos above) we all instantly made lifelong friends. We learned Ashley was going to the same concert we were. Becky upgraded our room without hesitation and simply said “Welcome to Texas”. We all became family. It was the most amazing experience of our life! It was all through Google that we found this little beautiful bar that made a HUGE difference in our lives. Thank you Candi, Becky and Ashley for being true Texans with that beautiful Texas hospitality. Love and peace always Rhonda and Denise.

We stopped in after a ballgame and had a blast . As soon as we came through the door we were welcomed by some of the locals and treated very kindly. Its very laid back , Sarge was our bartender and did an outstanding job with our service and taking the time to also joke around with us . Can’t say I’ve ever been to a more friendly place and we’ll definitely be going there on our next trip to Arlington

Nicest lil quaint bar right in the neighborhood. Good social atmosphere, great owner who also offers the establishment up for parties and weddings. In the rear there is an area outdoors like a veranda with cozy seats and tables as well as grassy area large enough for a dj, room for dancinb and party decor. The work family visit here quite often. Stop in and say Hi to Tina Marie while you turn up the juke box, shoot some pool and throw back a something nice and cold. ???????

Great service
Fantastic place. They have a large outside area, and the pool tables are free on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It also has a new felt and shot straight. Tina (the owner, I think) is very good at customer service and easy to be around. She has some artsy things that have been given to her, but she won't sell any of them. When you go in, try the crackers. It's self-explanatory after you're there. The GPS tried to take further east on Abrams than I needed to go to do a U-turn, and don't listen to it when it tells you to turn right into some neighborhood. (Again, this is if you are coming from west to east to get there.) Just go straight east on Abrams, and you'll see it on the left. Easy big U-turn on Abrams and a few blocks, and you're there.
