The service is usually great here. Sometimes when i come in and I noticed there are not enough cashiers to take orders. But again that's rare.

Parking: One of the few corporate chain eateries where the staff genuinely appear to enjoy working there. This time around can only come from excellent leadership.

Slow.
My to go order was ready for over 20 minutes in their little To go shelf behind the counter.
Common sense would be to call out every orders name. But I guess we all know that common sense is not common In this establishment.

(EDIT: better yet McAlister's allowed the Dasher to leave without the complete order. Maybe it's not all the dashers error!?!)

Again they fail!!! They just cannot get a simple freaking doordash order correct. Again no drink. No beverages in the house. Thank you thank you thank you McAlister's for nothing. again

Amazing staff with quality food. This manager must really know how to hire the best people. Best Arnold Palmers out there! We are there at least twice a week.

I had a lunch meeting set for 12 PM. Walked in at 11:30 AM. Everything was ready to go in and out smooth transition. Staff was well organized great customer service. I will definitely be using this location again.
