We had a wonderful experience at the Mcalisters in Arlington Texas at the Highlands . “Chloe” brought us our food and was super kind asking if we needed anything else while we were there. The food was great as usual! We love coming here! Thanks for the great service and the wonderful staff!

Service was good and our sandwiches were good. Just want to say, please get rid of your tomato soup! It tastes like a bowl of marinara sauce with a can of tomatoes in it. Also, why would you top it with onions? The spoon is standing up in the soup. Pretty sure it’s not supposed to do that.

Bad location sandwiches are made sloppy and they don’t do curbside pickup although it has that option on the app. Who is the regional manager? The GM here is not helpful

I had a really great experience today. Thanks to the general manager, Markell (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly, but I don’t think I did unfortunately). He was extremely helpful and accommodating.

I ordered the Ultimate Nachos to-go, and my order was taking a bit longer than expected. Markell personally came over, apologized for the delay, and said he would make sure it got prepared right away. He even offered me a dessert with my meal as a courtesy. At first, I declined, but when he started describing it, I decided to give it a try. I didn’t expect anything free, but I thought it was really thoughtful of him to offer something just to make the wait more pleasant.

He also took the time to help me find meatless options on the menu, suggesting the veggie sandwich and the 4 cheese sandwich, both of which I plan to try on my next visit.

I told him I’d leave a review because kind gestures like his really do make a difference. He didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did. I also noticed him regularly checking in with other customers, which showed strong leadership and customer service skills.

It was a refreshing experience, and I’ll definitely be back!
