This location is right down the street from UTA. So it's almost like a campus, fast food Mcdonald's. It has a cool vibe atmosphere. The night that we visited, it was very busy. Most of the tables were in use. We had just attended an event at UTA. The food was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The service was okay. It took us five minutes to wait for someone to come to the front counter to order. Only one digital kiosk was working, and there was three people standing in line waiting for it. Not sure whatever happened to customer service and ordering at the front counter? Especially when there's two cash registers upfront.
When the girl did come to take our order, she was rude.Maybe it was because she was busy retired or just didn't want to mess with us. Anyway, there's only a fourteen dollar order short and sweet. But it felt like we were annoying her.
Being that word from out of town, if we're back in this area, we may or may not come back to this McDonald's.

This morning I went in to order breakfast and when I got there I ordered on the app and the American elderly lady looked and me and said sir what order are you waiting on in the rudest way like saying what are you doing here I didn't feel welcomed I know a lot of homeless people go in to warm up but I was only there to eat breakfast not stay all day and man she gives everyone the dirtiest looks like they don't belong there and she tosses your change in your hand it makes you not even want to go there not every worker is like that the rest of them are chill y'all please talk to that lady about the bad attitude I don't know her name I just know she's the only American lady in the morning

Just unprofessional
The speakers near the drive thru menus, need to be a little louder, for those thats hard of hearing, maybe figure out a way to bluetooth the speakers theu our cellphones, The cashiers at the drive thru windows were friendly , My order was correct, the food was hot, and the line moved quickly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
My wife and I purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport from KM Motor at 322 W Division St, Arlington, TX on September 27, 2025. From the very beginning, the vehicle had serious issues — loud engine noises, warning lights on the dashboard, tire pressure problems, and eventually the car would not even start.
The entire experience at this dealership was extremely unprofessional. On the day of purchase:
• They rushed us to sign paperwork and claimed they had to close, without properly explaining my rights.
• They gave me the wrong floor mats.
• The staff, including Ana, seemed unprepared and unprofessional — they didn’t know their jobs and were just going through the motions.
• The shop is small, dirty, and disorganized.
The owner, Johnny, was very rude and unhelpful. He has a noticeable anger issue — I even heard him cursing at another customer when they asked to see a car. When I reached out for help about the car’s problems, he refused to assist, threatened to call his attorney, and told me not to come to the shop. At one point, he even threatened to call the police on me if I returned.
I personally felt I was treated differently because I am Black, and the way they dismissed and spoke to me made me feel disrespected and discriminated against.
I regret purchasing from KM Motor. The experience has been stressful, unfair, and extremely frustrating. If I had done proper research before coming, I would not have purchased from them, and I’m sharing this to save others the same experience.
They do not even care that they review are this low because if I was the owner I would be concerned that I have a very low review in all platform that’s tells a lot.
Avoid KM Motor. My experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling scammed.

Coming at the window two Hispanic guys just taking instead of checking customers order. I told them I have missing item and for that the talking to his guy This Costumers CANT READ! receipt well THANK YOU FOR DISCRIMINATING ME.. These 2 guys should not be in the Windows anymore... Atleats Show some respect or Professionality.. I came to get food at 2am in the morning just to get insulted wow Thank you.
