This location is right down the street from UTA. So it's almost like a campus, fast food Mcdonald's. It has a cool vibe atmosphere. The night that we visited, it was very busy. Most of the tables were in use. We had just attended an event at UTA. The food was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The service was okay. It took us five minutes to wait for someone to come to the front counter to order. Only one digital kiosk was working, and there was three people standing...

The speakers near the drive thru menus, need to be a little louder, for those thats hard of hearing, maybe figure out a way to bluetooth the speakers theu our cellphones, The cashiers at the drive thru windows were friendly , My order was correct, the food was hot, and the line moved quickly.

I usually have a great experience at this location but today was anything but. Ordered lunch in the drive thru, upsized my fries and drink to large and was charged accordingly. When I get back to work I open the bag and see a large fry container MAYBE filled halfway. On a short lunch break I didn't have time to go back so i called and called and was finally able to speak to a manager.
