BAD BAD BAD... There are NO paper towels in the bathroom to dry hands & use to open the door when leaving (yuck) no trash can by the bathroom door either. I had to use toilet paper to grab the handle to leave the bathroom & throw it on the floor. I know most people wouldn't want to hold a dirty door handle & then eat food. This is a restaurant & I hope management reads this & acts accordingly. The food was good & otherwise seems like a nice restaurant.

Dined in with our service group. I had to get help with my app amd the kiosk to make my order. 😅 We got there for a bite of lunch, but I ended up spending right at $25 for hubs and I. My apple pie was hard, chewy and seemed a bit stale. He said his spicy chicken sandwich seemed smaller than usual. 🤔 It was still a beautiful day.

Revised review, Why do you offer to order online and force us to pickup using from drivethrough, oneline ordering is made to skip the wait and faster service, your mobile app did nothing fast actually. Plus the drive through allow one car at a time.

i ordered the happy meal and added 6 chicken nuggets. but when i opened it instead of 12 pieces i got 10 pieces. it was a scam and i feel like this is not possible. if you give 1 of 2 pieces missing i would think it was a mistake, but if you give 2 pieces missing it is intentional! the food i got was cold like it was pre-made a long time ago when there was only 1 car in front of me ordering at the drive thru.

Drive thru. Ordered a vanilla cone. Never in my life have I ever gotten a cone that was shoved down in a drink cup. What kind of bullshit is this.
Every time you go there there's something wrong or they don't have the products cup holders what you ordered in a customer service is just really bad if you ask for no salt on your fries even though they put salt on them, they dip them in the oil again and take the salt off and it still has salt on it. Without them giving you fresh fries, they burgers be overcooked and just throw on a bun like slop then you order some and instead of them having it out like they have everything out they wait till you get to the store to tell you they don't have it after you done ordered on the app. Poor poor poor service

Every time I come to this McDonald’s it’s bad service! Went there on 10/17 at 3am and nobody answered the drive thru speaker at all at her times I went early am hours they only except cash! This is 2025 who really carries cash???!? My visit today was terrible as well I went 10/19@ 1:30pm food came out right away but I was parked for the drinks but I can see everyone else in drive thru getting the same drinks I ordered I tried to be patient until I was still waiting for 5 minutes!!! I went inside and one of the managers asked what was the problem I was explaining to her but had to raise my voice because they had Spanish music blaring like they were at a club after hours!!! Very unprofessional for one of the largest food chains across the world!!!! I wish I could give negative stars!! I am livid with the poor customer service!!!
