I have never been successful using the mobile app to pre-order food. I was still asked to go to the third window and after 10 minutes with no food I had to drive back through the line.

The quality of this McDonalds has gone down. The afternoon and evening crews seem to be overwhelmed or something but they are CONSISTENTLY getting orders wrong. CONSISTENTLY. Even when I place orders through UberEats, if it is coming from this location the order is always wrong and I am always missing items and I always have to request a refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE train your employees in quality control and double checking to make sure orders are correct. I understand the food industry can be stressful but if you are not properly equipped or YOUR employees are not properly equipped, your business will suffer and the complaints will continue to come in. I have witnessed your team members cussing and complaining to where customers can hear them however if you took the time to double check your work and receipts, you may alleviate half maybe more of those complaints you guys do not like. Work on your customer service and quality please. ESPECIALLY WITH YOUR AFTERNOON/EVENING CREW.

This is the worst location ever. You never expect much from fast food but boy do they make it a nightmare. It’s never fast! Every car in the drive through is being directed to park in mobile pickup stops! I’ve been sitting so long I even got to nurse and burp my child.

This place gave me a headache. My family and I decided to get some food here through the drive-thru. I don't recommend this place. The manager gave me a nasty attitude and I was charged and given the wrong order. Manager was screaming at her employees I was told her name was Mafalda or Mifalda.

If you are a Texan who loves your southern sweet tea, do not go to this McDonald's. Their tea is super super weak like colored water. Obviously they don't know how Texans or Southerners like their sweet tea. Being a southern tea connoisseur, I promise you their tea is not like other McDonald's in Texas.
