Don’t come here around 10 for breakfast, they are overwhelmed & can’t fulfill orders in a timely manner. Waited 20 mins for food & I went through the drive thru.

This is the WORST McDonald’s. Every single time there is something wrong with my order or they’re out of something or they forget something; and regardless they are SO SLOW and rude. Tonight I ran by in a pinch. They forgot half of my order, I went through the drive thru and then inside twice to get it right; after the woman in the drive thru told me I had everything, which I did not. Just choose anywhere else in the area.

Horrible listening skills I have a family of 5 who I ordered for and got home to eat and I was missing a whole bunch of items was given items I didn’t order ! Terrible service !

All I ordered was a small coffee, got told to wait, install three and nobody ever came out so I had to leave without the coffee I paid for because I have to go to work as I watch the entire line, get handed bags and drive out super fast.

Stood in front of the register for a good 5 min before I finally asked if the register was closed (it was). Then I had to order on my own and had to pay AT the regiser I stood in front of cause the computer on the lobby doesn't accept cash... smdh

The winner of the slowest place on earth
The slowest service and staff just ignore your presence, this is so close to my house but I will never ever go there again,
Unless your time is not valuable you may go there

The manager here is VERY RUDE she belittles her employees and is rude to the customers. I dont know what her problem is always with an attitude and talks mess about customers in Spanish thinking they wont understand.

I don't have nothing Against people with disabilities but I don't get why they would put a person with comunication dissabilities in the drive thru, I told him to give me a second while I thought about my order and he kept on yelling order when you're ready and when I was about to pay he just looked at me with the window closed a left so I just left. In my second visit to this mcdonalds the worker were unprofessional and talking while there was a line of people waiting to ask something ay the coaster, he didn't say thank you or nothing just stayed quite and threw the food. Overall a horrible mcdonalds

Horrible service and fries were half cooked not to mention all of the other things that were wrong. Nothing was prepared correctly including the drink. The lady that brought the food out had an attitude when she was told the sauces were missing and the drink should be with no ice. Her response was snappy "it's in there and give me the drink" she never came back with the drink. The young man with sauces was the kindest soul. I think he's the only one that liked his job. When asked where was the drink he asked what kind and brought it right out. If it wasn't for him I probably would've given them all of the food back and asked for a refund although it wasn't my food or money spent on it.

I used to go everyday for my coffee but recently I started going somewhere else because when i order the girls make you repeat your self more then 3 times ( 1 large coffee 6 creamers 6 sugars) & they will put something like 6 creamers 20 sugars & when I correct them they give me my coffee with no sugar not even 1 sugar, today the same thing happen and coffee was COLD & no sugar. Last week they had me park for my coffee and they forgot about me 15 mins later i had to go inside and remind them.
Can't figure out or follow simple instructions
Mobile ordering is always broken here. Trying to duck the system eh.
