Honestly, this was one of the most ridiculous fast food experiences I’ve had. They took my money, made me sit in line for over 15 minutes, and kept pushing me forward, and then just told me, “Sorry, we’re not serving breakfast,” even though I was there well within their hours and arrived well before the cutoff. It’s just unacceptable to waste a customer’s time like that. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered via the app as I always do. Because the line was so long it seems to always be long lately. I chose curbside pickup. I submitted my # at 6:42 pm. I waited over 30min for lg fry & drink.i got my order at 7:17. This is totally unacceptable. I think ill star going to a different locationin future

I would say they get no stars. I ordered Uber and missing all 4 cheese burgers, very soggy old disgusting fries, nuggets stale with funny taste. Also, someone I know had trouble in drive thru. She only ordered a small fry and jr cheese burger at lunch, that was it. They told her to pull forward, she waited for a while and only got the jr cheese burger, never got the fries. This McDonald's is terrible. It is best to go to a different one, they will give you old food, make you wait forever, or not give you your food. Im honestly not sure what they do in there all day cause they are not making food.

Avoid during dinner rush as the priority is drive thru. People are left standing for up to 40 minutes in lobby be it delivery or take out. Friendly staff but horrid wait time.

I live closer to this McDonald's than I do the one off of Cooper near the freeway, but I always take the extra time to drive there because the food has always been undercooked or practically inedible at this one. After over a year of refusing to eat here, I came back and the past couple of times I was actually impressed.
My fries and nuggets tasted awesome last I went on Sunday night. So did my frappe. That next morning, I got food poisoning and had to go the hospital. I couldn't keep anything down, not even water or electrolyte ice pops. I know it was the McDonald's because the other two things I ate (pie & chips) had also been eaten by my family, and they were fine. I suspect the milk in my frappe was bad and I will most likely never eat here again.

Me and my friends ordered online and we went into the drive thru to pick it up we got to the first window and we payed they asked if we wanted the receipt and we said we didnt need it we drove to the next window and they said they did have the order and they didnt have it online so they couldnt give us our food and we couldnt cancel the online order and it was clearly already payed for because on the phone it showed we had payed for it they wouldnt help us cancel the order to get our money back and they were rude

We’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many years and the service has been disappointing since they required all orders to be mobile or kiosk and removed the self serve soda machines. It sometimes takes up to 5 minutes just to get someone’s attention to get a refill. My order was ready, but it was not at the mobile order pick up station, it was behind it where I could see it be not reach it. It took several minutes to get a workers attention to give me my meal. I miss the great friendly service that was offered here before the changes. It would be great if there was a dedicated staff member to keep an eye on the front. That being said, the restaurant is still clean and well maintained and my orders are always accurate and good.

this location wilfully does the complete opposite of what you order. I ordered EXTRA meat and NO cheese NO sauce NO lettuce and told them TWICE do NOT toast the bread and they gave me the complete opposite. The bread was soaked and soggy with industrial cooking oil garbage. It's CLEAR wilful careLESSness.

We come about twice a week to get a happy meal for my kid, and decided to come today for our regular free nuggets meal for Veterans Day but we were told that because of the owner’s directions they were only offering a Big Mc. They lost a customer in here.
