This is by far the SLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to. They constantly “park” their drive thru cars so that they can keep their “high speed of service” that corporate sees (I used to work in fast food so I know). HOWEVER, after they park you, expect to wait 15 minutes at least for your order. I ordered coffee. Plain black coffee. AND STILL HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES. Absolutely ridiculous. And it wasn’t just one time. It’s every time. I even used the mobile app to order ahead and STILL had to wait. Honestly just shut this location down because it’s not even worth having ?

Food was fine but the young lady at the drive through window with a beige head wrap refused to speak to me. She handed my food out and never looked at me. I said “Thank you”, but I was ignored. So, speaking very loudly (she had already closed the window), I again told her “Thank you!” She just stared at me with an extremely cold and empty glare. Well now! Guess I don’t rate high enough on the class scale for a smile or kind word from SOMEONE THAT WORKS THE F-ING DRIVE THROUGH AT MCDONALDS!!! Bwahahahaha! I guess she showed me! Lmao.

horrible service. ordered on the mcdonald’s app 20 mins before closing (it let me order, and it said the store received it and made it) so then i pull up at 11:59 and get told the store is closed and they don’t have my order. wouldn’t give me my money back either. it was only chicken nuggets and fries, all you need is a fryer! from someone who has worked restaurant experience for a decade, this was solely disappointing.Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL

They put my all of my fries into the bag 100% upside down. Looked intentional. We made a mobile order and sent it the moment I was approaching the drivethru with no line. The employee pulled it up on the drivethru board and my modifications were not on it. He informed me that when you change the size of the meal it deletes your modifications. I asked if the burger could still be modidfied (no onions, no lettuce), he said he couldn’t change an online order. I said “I just just ordered it, if they haven’t made it yet, could you please ask the kitchen to leave them off”. The guy giggled and sarcastically said sure he’ll let the kitchen know. I swear that burger had extra onions. And the lettuce was there too. Alright alright, hate the app so much but that was my bad, should have double checked the order before sending, honestly just shouldn’t use their app. But then the fry containers were upside down and the bag full of fries and our fillet-o-fish was completely smashed, box and all (it was like someone sat on it). I’m always apprehensive about asking fast food workers for corrections, I know it’s a hard job and they deal with a lot already. I was very polite and I didn’t think it was a big deal since I just ordered. Apparently it was to this drivethru worker.

I went through the drive through about 6:40 am and ordered two sausage egg & cheese mc griddles. When I opened the bag when I arrived at my destination WOW was I surprised! Both sandwiches were only barely wrapped and both sandwiches were loose inside the bag and at this point, I couldn't give them to the people that I purchased them for. When I drove up to the speaker to place my order I sat there for about 4-5 minutes before anyone answered me, and I had to say my order four different times as the person kept messing up what I wanted!!! Then when I got to the window all I could see was one employee laughing very hard and another being very animated telling the first something. My change was almost dropped before it was given to me as the first employee was too busy to focus on what he was doing and concentrating on talking with the second employee. Then I saw my bag halfway taused to the first employee by someone i couldn't see and the first employee just shoved two napkins into the bag without even looking into the bag and then just holding it out the window and shaking it at me like "here take it", and I was moving slowly as im disabled anyways and it felt like he was just too busy to be bothered by me Saturday morning. McDonald's if your team members are trained like this and have this kind of lacking in professionalism as well as proper food handling skills and customer service there is no way on earth that I can recommend McDonald's to anyone!!!!If I'd been closer I'd have brought the sandwiches back but I had a meeting to attend! I don't enjoy leaving reviews like this but people need to know....What happened to the McDonald's I knew as a kid 40 years ago????

The last 5 times I’ve gone to this location the cars that come behind me always get their order taken before me. I’m at the speaker and they say wait. Meanwhile the person who just pulled up to the second speaker is being taken care of. It is ridiculous. One time o was waiting and 3 cars went ahead of my get your act together.

Any time I ever go to this McDonalds my order is wrong. I have a brother that likes his burgers cheese and ketchup only. I specify that when ordering, I see it on the screen. When I check it’s never that. They find new combinations every time that’s wrong. Today it was Pickles and onions and mustard only. So removed the 2 things I asked for.

McD on Fort Bend dr, SW Arlington, off I-20. Waited for over 30 mins for an already online ordered food, for curbside pickup. They unapologetically placed my order in their pickup area, but clearly saw me waiting in curbside parking spot. All the food was soggy, cold. Workers and Manager were all on their cellphones. Poor service, poor quality!!
