My sister and I ordered online and pulled up to this location, they said their machines or computers were down, that they weren’t taking any orders. One even asked, “Why would you order if our computers are down?”
My sister, “We ordered online not in person” then they proceeded to say we needed to cancel it.
Why were we able to order online then if the machines were down? We went to the next closest location on Forest Bend, hoping that they would honor our order since this location didn’t want to help. The manager said that he couldn’t because it was ordered at another one but he offered to call the location to see what was going on since he knew the manager there. The staff there said that they haven’t turned anybody away when they clearly did 10 minutes before, there was another car in front of us too. We did NOT lie. They said that we could go back and they would serve us. At that point, we let Forest Bend’s location take care of us. The manager there was so nice and confused why this location would say such things but it was true and I hope they don’t lie or do that again.

This is my fav location for quality of food but the lack of urgency especially for a curbside order is frustrating. Normally you order ahead to make the experience quicker. I sat in curbside for 18 minutes and watched at least 8 cars including the last one I watched drive up through the drive thru before I parked leave. I ended up having to walk inside and ask them and they still didn’t have it completed. Then upon arriving home and opening the first sandwich it was missing the sausage completely.

This is the second time I have encounter this McDonald’s this location is stealing customers money !!! There are no signs posted anywhere .. no one stated there is a shortage until AFTER I informed the cashier she didn’t give me the correct change .. she then stated we don’t have any pennie my boss told me to round it up ..
I ask for the supervisor who then says “it’s a nation wide shortage we either round up or down “
Mam give me a quarter is what I requested and you can round your draw down at the end of the night she stated “our draws can’t be short “
My response was so I’m suppose to be shorten my change because you don’t want to give me my change ?
Imagine how many customers they have did this too this was not the first time I had this encounter I will call Cooperate everyday until something changes about the manger allowing the cashier to steal !!!!

zero organization. Drive-through takes forever always. Ordering on the app does not help. They are so confused when you tell them you have an order on the app. It is truly unbelievable.
