Terrible experience at the cooper and green oaks location per my wife and daughter. Heavy set female manager that is Hispanic and has bad highlights in her hair needs customer service classes. Given expired cookies (Martha Torres is the name on the sticker, whoever that is), barely warm food and terrible fries. Deluxe double quarter pounder didn’t have mayo on it. And the onions, ketchup and mustard was between the two patties like they took an old burger and just added an additional patty, lettuce and tomato to it. Daughter took a video of the heavy set female manager if you want it. It will be posted on Yelp and Google so you can find it there also.
The service is honestly really slow, even with hardly any people. The food is almost always missing something that I order too.

Well I have been going into this McDonald's for a long time now because it was convenient I didn't have to leave the hospital and it was quick to get some thing to eat but the last few times I have stopped by there the cashier has been missing up on what I was ordering and then the lady behind the counter would have to take Time from what she had been doing give me my money on what he

The workers are very nice and ALWAYS welcoming. Never been to a McDs where the staff made you feel like you were at home. No matter what time of day they are very welcoming. Great job!!
Update:8/13/25 Today this worker was actually scrubbing under the tables and making sure that each table was clean from under it to the top. I am not sure if the same towel was used for top to bottom. I do know that she was doing more than just wiping the top of the table. She did a great job. She was very friendly. Very big smile when speaking to me. I really appreciate the workers in here. No matter what time of the day. Even the young workers in the evenings are nice. I have never really left this good ofna rating at a McDs they all need to be recognized. Way to go ladies and gents!

I just don’t understand. I walk in and don’t want to use the self service machine I want to order with a person and she tells me that she can help me use the self service machine. I am not 80 years old I just want to order with a person. I didn’t get A discount for taking my own order. What’s next you’re gonna have me fry my own french fries and pay for them to McDonald’s There’s an app and stuff, but if I walk in and want my order taken, I want a person to take my order or I want a discount for having to take my own order

This McDonald's is definitely following the corporate America playbook. The bun on my so-called quarter pounder with cheese was the size that a regular kids hamburger used to be. It might be a dubious distinction, but I've been to hundreds of McDonald's and this was my last one. I'm over it.

Gave me wrong food and didn’t give me a receipt. And what I did get was wrong

I went through the drive thru this morning and paid with my credit card and they gave me my receipt. I pull up to the 2nd window and they gave me my food and hand me the drinks and I look one of the drinks was wrong (a duplicate Carmel frappe).
Then she tells me my card didn’t go through which I didn’t understand but I thought okay, I’ll try a different card and figure it out later. So she then demands all the food back! I’m feeling like a perceived criminal, like they thought I was trying to scam them and drive off with free food and I did something wrong.
Then she says “oh, the first card DID go through” but by then she already changed the second card so I get charged twice. They did do a refund.
So after they then handed me back my food I start to drive off. Fortunately, before going too far, I noticed one of the cards was not in my wallet and had to ask for it back. They were clueless for minutes trying to figure out where the card was. I finally got it back and drove off feeling embarrassed and angry.

I've visited this place so many damn times that it's really hard to forget about this place. I've grown from eating chicken nuggets to eating quarter pounders, which shows that I am growing up. The fries are their guaranteed signature, so if you complain the fries are too soggy then you're leaving them out for too long. Their ice cream machine also works more than usual, which is surprising to me. However, the burgers don't hold up as much and tend to fall apart. And the light in the restroom is overdue for fixing. Overall, I recommend going to this place!

Out of the 3 McDs in my area, this is my favorite. Drive-through is usually fast, and the drive-through employees actually act nice, unlike the other McDs.
Plus, they seem to be very consistent in having the best Mocha Frappes!!

If I could give no stars I would. This is the SLOWEST Mcdonald's EVER!!!! We have been in the drive-thru 20 minutes and STILL have not moved! This is ridiculous. Thankfully I don't eat here but my kid loves their nuggets. He may need to get used to Wendy's nuggets because they are way faster.
