I visited tonight at 8 PM and was helped by what seemed to be a new worker i havnt seen him at this location before in the drive through. I didn’t get his name but he was a big friendly guy with curly hair. He was super nice , made sure my order was correct and confirmed. He had the biggest smile and was super polite. Great service, i’m a service manager at a restaurant myself and was very pleased with his service! Great work !

This is THE WORSE McDonald’s I have ever been to and theyre on a streak for how many times I tried to just continue to just enjoy McDonald’s but no! I will not return to this location ever even tho it’s my closest one. They always have an attitude or lack good customer service and ruin my mood every time I come like just now the same girl at the window from like the other day who made me go to a different location yesterday I still went here and the same girl was pointing at me um I can’t hear you rudely and messed up my simple request for ketchup “hot sauce” why do I need hot sauce for my burger like ? Very rude and the worse location so sad I’ve wasted so much money there and they lack the service I know I should get -10/10 they suck! Officially breaking up with Randol mill McDonald’s for life!!!!

This is one of the better McDonald's in Arlington, but they almost never seem to put the sauce for nuggets in the bag.
I just ordered delivery and the only two items missing were the nugget sauce, lol. Once you figure out how to add the extras, especially the sauces, I can change my review to a 5 star.

Convenient location. The play place is very large and entertaining for the kids. Food is ok, the usual for a McDonalds. Service is also ok, probably the usual for a McDonalds. Would go again for the kids to play in.
I placed a delivery order last time I didn’t speak on the fact that I didn’t get my child’s apple juice with her meal but today 2 adult meals but the whole happy meal for the 4 piece nuggets didn’t come. It’s not on delivery whoever is bagging orders needs training again because how do you put my drink in place of my child’s food be serious.
