Ordered Quarter Pounder and Filet of fish. Standard menu items. Nothing custom or special order. Was told to pull forward and wait. Nine minutes later, after they served ten or eleven other customers, and both sandwiches were cold, as if they had just been sitting on the counter all that time.

The food here is usually warm, not hot.The sodas' syrup/water/carbonation calibration (call brixing) is not right, so the soda is too syrupy and not carbonated right.Tonight's Big Mac has a bun that was rock hard with a hardened piece of burnt cheese stuck to itThe orders usually have at least one mistake.We live literally one block away and our fries are cold before we get home.Often times, the employees seem clueless when a mistake is pointed out.
