discriminating against the deaf community! shame on yall!!
You need to educate your employees how to take orders from deaf people in the drive through lane . They have every right to use to drive through - and can easily order via paper and pencil.

I tried to order through the drive through window and they wouldn’t allow me to because I can not talk the lady at the 1st window begin to tell me she couldn’t take my order (inside was closed) another lady at the second window started to tell the cars to go around me they slam windows in my face stood around laughing talking...read full review
